Enchanted Crystal Arrow since I seem to be really good/lucky with it. Even though sometimes it doesn't net a kill or assist, it's really satisfying to hit a cross-map arrow, especially when it ends up turning around a small team fight or picking off a low opponent. Paranoia is also quite fun, though I wish its range hadn't been nerfed so much. At level one it's barely larger than the size of your screen. T.T

Cannon Barrage on gp with its slow and globalness it can slow enemys so that they can be caught when running for there life or finishing them when they hide behind a turret or if they're about to smash your turret and no ones near it can easily kill all the minions saving your turret and getting you gold

Recently Draven got pretty high on my list.
