I do have one question, and please don't interpret this as mockery because I assure you it is not. Just legitimate curiosity.
What do you hope to accomplish by posting something like this in the forum of a League of Legends guide website? I imagine that perhaps being alone with the memory and scar tissue of your traumatic experiences is difficult, so I almost wonder if this is more of a reaching out for some fellow bros sort of deal than anything?
It hurts me to know that people live through the things you did. I know that the kinds of things you described happen far to often in the world we live in, but I'm also proud that you were able to distinguish something;
You are not defined by these experiences. You said it yourself, somehow you managed to come out of it feeling like you're a nice guy to be around, even if you don't understand how you could be.
That's a very good sign for you! Things are still going to hurt, you'll never forget what happened, but I do believe strongly that you can overcome every obstacle if you decide that the fight for your happiness (Or at least day to day contentedness in you life) is so important that you're willing to fight tooth and nail to get through whatever residual depression and apathy you might experience as a result.
Wish you the best, the good thing about going through horrible agony early on in life, is that you will be a better and more understanding friend, husband, and father (Assuming you are a guy) IF you can make it through those experiences without being ruined by them. And it sounds like you have, so things should improve for you in the future :)
Cheers~ Duff.

We all have our burdens in life, what make us who we are today is how we live with those burdens. Are you going to throw yourself on the ground, complain how life isn't fair and expect to get on by with pity from others? Or are you going to do whatever you can to make your situation better, using what happened in your life as something to make you stronger rather than to forever let your situations weigh you down?
I really can't say I feel sorry for you, primarily because this is the internet and it's pretty easy to ******** stories for attention, but either or, people who have **** like that happen to them aren't exactly so happy to retell their personal life story out of the blue to complete and total strangers. What exactly do you expect to accomplish from this stupid thread?

Also, I think the levels of immorality in this thread are astounding. You'd really throw a child off a boat for your own luggage? Wow.

:O Wisdom from Duff.
I have a question. What keeps you coming back to Mobafire? I'm just curious because I've been thinking about my own reasons for frequenting this site and was wondering of other people felt the same.

Just as the title reads, yes that all happened. I'm literally a walking tragedy and stupid things happen to me more than I'd like. I'm cynical and cold, but at times against all odds I'm (apparently) a nice guy to be around.
I don't really know how I'm supposed to prove what I said.. but, I'll try my best.
BTW, AMA means ask me anything.
Seriously, anything.
