How do you know it is the best in the world? I highly doubt it, as I had 15ms at 150 miles and you had 17 at only 50 miles away.. Even if you can upgrade your internet to 100Mbit/s or even 200Mbit/s (max here is 300Mbit/s for houses, up to 10Gbit/s for companies) your ping won't change. Bandwidth =/= Speed.
