Ok, a few suggestions to make this guide better in the future:

1: Try looking at this guide: http://www.mobafire.com/league-of-legends/build/making-a-guide-101506
BB-code is your friend. It makes the guide a lot easier to read instead of just being a bunch of text walls.

2: Your item build sequence confused me just for the pure fact that you have 8 items up there that will be end-game items, even though you only have 6 item slots total.

3: Taking only AP per level runes is a bad idea. Reason behind this, is with the rest of your build, you have 0 Magic Penetration and therefore also easily countered by MR later on.

4: Mord has no escape ability and is kind of squishy early on (even more since you have no defense in runes) and you don't take Flash. In other words, if you get caught at all by their jungler in a gank.. you'll probably die.

5: Said above before. Jungler could potentionally gank you repeatedly over and over because of it.

Try fixing up your guide a bit and it will be better.

I guess you must really have skill to have 8 item slots right?
Also I suggest that you forget that item build as you shall rush the Hextech Revolver since early game you will take too much damage from spamming your skills.
Taking full AP per level runes is a VERY bad choice.
Cheat sheet looks like you tried to draw something with your skill points.
Also repeating that you have so much skill just makes you look like a douche.

Well, first of all you sell your Rabadon's Deathcap... Not to mention your regrowth pendant.

I'd ditch the Will of Ancients and keep the Rabadon's, and start out with boots instead of Regrowth pendant.

Focus on maxing one ability first. This will maximise the damage on that ability quickly and will have more impact. If I'm not mistaken, it's usually R -> E -> Q -> W.

Runes... OK, if you're a pro player that doesn't need any defence because everything dies at your feet, then fair enough. But most of us aren't, so why don't you recommend some more... standardized runes? Like some defensive runes that will help you play defensively, for example?

Masteries... I thought you were playing defensively? Then why would you want to push towers with Demolitionist ? Why not put it into your defensive tree so you can play defensively more effectively like you say?

Spells... reading your written section on Spells, the reason you don't take Heal over Flash is because Heal saves you about 60% of the times. And that you don't run away. Right... So let's see... I think you've got the aim of the game wrong. It's not about standing your ground and not running away, it's about taking the enemy nexus. You dying doesn't really help that. You might consider it dishonourable to run, but it's even more dishonourable to suffer defeat, because you let down 4 other people in defeat. And this would theoretically happen about 40% of the time when Heal doesn't save you. Flash will save you many more times than Heal will. It can also secure more kills as well.

Items... Actually, it's not uncommon to take the Regrowth Pendant and then sell it to help get another item once you complete Hextech Revolver. The health regen helps you sustain lane and let's you keep using your abilities without detriment. You should get boots and Hextech Revolver earlier. Consider swapping your Abyssal Mask for a Void Staff. Someone suggested a Deathfire Grasp. It's not a bad item, I recommend it too.

It's in huge blocks, no paragraphing and no coding. It's a pain to read. Section it out and add coding so that it becomes easier to read and not so painful for the eyes.

Teamwork... Leaving Morde's ultimate until the last second to use? What are you waiting for? Your team-mates to die so you can KS? And wait for them to be less than 50% health so you can insta-kill them? Lolwut? Did someone remove Magic Resist from the game? Or healing supports? No, latch it onto the enemy AD carries in a team fight and focus them down. And why would you activate Zhonya's Hourglass unless you're in danger?

Someone else has already mentioned your joke of a 'ranked play' section, so I won't go into that any further...

So overall... Think your guide over a bit more. Consider alternatives. Learn English a bit better... or recruit the help of someone who has good English. Structure the guide (at all). Add pictures, coding and videos.

DEFENSIVE TACTICS? ARE YOU **** KIDDING ME? WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE? NASUS? YOU ARE FRICKING MORDE, YOU PUSH LIKE NOBODY ELSE, YOU WANNA HUG TOWER WHILE YOUR ENEMY GETS AHEAD AND YOU LOSE CREEPS? Sorry man, but you make no sense... As morde, you push the lane. If the lane get's frozen at enemy turret(Which smart enemies will do), you are doomed to either lose your lane due to being down in xp, or get ganked because you have no flash.

Only for pros. I readied my mind alredy. Got to be tough huh? But i tell you, i've read countless guides of this type. Only for pros, im very good and skilled and i show you good way i never lose lane and so on.. 44/0/X in ranked? You say you need skill for that?

I once got 20/0/X with frickin' Renekton in ranked, and well, that wasn't due to insane play, just because their top suck'd like hell. So, 44/0/X, that's only possible to get with ridiculous noobs or just 5 year old kids, "lending" their older brothers account (I have experienced that before, don't ask -.-').

I checked your stats. Telekom Srbija, EUNE if i'm correct? Your amazing elo which you write is 1930 is actually just 45/45 W/L. Your morde stats are actually cool, but really, if you followed this build, you must have faced some braindead...

Your latest Mordekaiser game was 5/3/7.. You say you get amazing scores like 25 killz+ all time? Bleeh, i waste time. This is probably one of the worst guides that has crossed my path... Sorry bro :(
