Wait so you said good build but downvoted it?
These aren't all NEEDED in all games, this is just a suggestion in most rankd games to ensure you aren't going to become redundant.
Speed build is fine for normal games, infact it's quite fun. I'm fairly sure that it can't crit, but anyway, it is very strong. That said, it isn't that good in ranked IMHO because you die too easily and it only really makes your E significantly stronger.
As I've said before, if you want to build squishy but faceroll i suggest AP, it is quite fun and his ult scaling is 1.2x :). Within a 40 minute game, I had an AOE ult that would do around 1.2k aoe damage, plus spirit of dread kept me alive quite well.
320+130= 450
450+4.5%= 470.25
470.25+75%= ~820
822+75%= 1438.5
1438.5+35%= 1942
1942+125%= 4370
4370-320= 4050
25% of 4050 = 1012 BONUS AD
360+1012= 1372 Damage with Devastating Charge
If you crit with that, 200% of 1372= 2744.
Boots of mobility, 3x MS Quints, 5 Phantom dancers, I didnt do the masteries, because Im lazy, and soft capping would make this hit for maybe 2k.
I'm just throwing it out there, that building speed actually works.

Is quite a strong ratio, especially when in 1 game I had 2 afk since lv 1.
I am not utilising his speed throughout teamfights, i utilise his gameplay mechanics and his 0 cast time on his spells aswell as his significant AoE as this is far more viable that creating someone that is fast and strong but just dies easily.
