So "promoting" a guide that provides a useful build and answers questions pertaining to questions asked is "advertising" even thou theirs absolutely nothing to be gained by doing such.

Three goals here damage, attack speed, vampirism.
What no armor or anything else? That's right. Why just those three stats is't a balance of items or stats, how are you supposed to dominate with that? Simple really. These three goals really synergies well with each other especially in copious amounts. The more damage the deadlier you are to anyone not sprinting for cover. Every time you pop up on their lane they try harassing nuking or straight up brawling with you.
What's going to keep you in lane for t3h farming/minion kill gathering and not getting tanked like a rook ever time your ult is on cool down? Say hello to Tiamat+damage+vampirism+attack speed=the strongest heal on the market.Do what you say. Endless Healing+AoE Damage(that adds to the heal)=some strong crowd clearing even stronger healing.But it's berserker build isn't it why any vamp at all.
Derp look at Blood Thirster.......see the stats....did you read the passive..read it again...keep reading...think about it...got it it yet.
Well let's crunch them numbers. Three BT's that's 180 damage+36%vampireism from straight stats. Not that impressive right crunch time. Possible 40 extra damage for full stacks on one Blood Thirster and additional 8% vampirism per BT.
Let's say you have full stacks on all three BT's for convince of potentials on just three BT's. That's an extra 120 damage and 24% vamp that's a total of 300 damage and an astounding 60% vampirism. Not counting your ruins or Masteries into that.9k gold and your doing most champs ult in an auto attack with half splash and don't forget that passive for a potential crit of 600 just counting Blood Thirster's/splash effect from Tiamat/ 60% of 600 is 360 that's your vampirism per strike that's a crit Not counting your splash from Tiamat being melee only that's 300 splash to anyone/minion that's close to your target still get 60% vamp off of that given minion clusters at least another 180 for each target hit by splash bringing at total of 360 heal to you add you total vamp heal brings your total to 720 heal in total from a single attack. That not including infinity edge and the damage off of Timat brings you too 430. Hold on still not done here. Gotta add base damage which at lvl 18 is 113 according to LoL wiki. That's a nice 543 hold on theirs more still remember Blood Lust well it passively adds 25 straight to your damage at lvl 5 bringing a minimum of 568 with full hp count in the passive effect Of 0.35 per one percent hp you are missing so 1 hp during endless rage gives you roughly 35 bringing you too 603 damage total crit that and get an incredible 1500 damage on one attack if that's not wrecking who ever you swing that at target a cluster of minions and get all of your life back. Congrats you survived a cluster of enemies probley killed everything and either won a surrender from the enemy or are killing their Nexus in record time.King of Swing anyone

To compensate for not starting our Q and getting our Spinning Slash for the O so deliouso utility and Harris given to us all in one skill we need what more than anything right now is sustain. Hmm potions are nice for that but we don't want just potions so what else can we get? Well our first item is Tiamat for the splash for super easy minion farming. So let's start here for our. First item the most sustain in lane and to maximize our ability to persist in lane. In the recipe we have a pickaxe,long sword,faeri charm, and bead of rejuvenation. Pick axe cost way to much unless your in dominion which you have a few better choices since farming minions dosen't happen their. So that's out for Twisted Treeline, and summoners rift. Longsword is ok if you want a tiny bit of damage and 1:2 potions not a lot of sustain their either.If you get faerie charm please uninstall now no mana to use that for thou you do get more potions along with a useless item. Rejuvenation Bead gives some hp regen super early and six potions.Hmm sounds good you can take some abuse roughly equates to 12 auto attacks over time. Add in that rather small but useful regen can out sustain most start builds and have an advanced item in the first few minutes with effective farming and banking.
So now you have your Tiamat, decent damage very usefull splash. What's next how about your sustain for the game. That's right your thirsting for some hurting two vampiric scepters if you have the gold or a straight blood thirsted if you have the gold on hand for it. Why it's your heal for fighting anything coming your way. Minions suddenly feed you health and lots of it for this stage of the game go beserk on them. They can't hurt you like they are wanting to. They will come for you and you will kill them lots and lots.
So what now? Attack speed and finally some crit chance work on that phantom's edge quickly with your farming power. Now you can push their tower with a full crowd of minions murder their tower and kill all their minions for they even touch yours giving you more time to work on their tower. Push the next tower if they have at least two dead and take it out. ASAP. But why you say well for max farming you need all but their perimeter towers down.
Go tank kill dragon jungle do whatever you want until their minions start to push your tower in lane. Return and mow through the minions wave after wave pushing back to their perimeter. Do this once or twice and bam you have infinity's edge and a bf sword on deck. Hmm lots of damage now team fights should be forming go kill Baron solo after your last BT. Trust me don't panick if they come for the baron kill just have someone place wards and tank anyone that tries to get close and keep working baron over spam q if you feel you need it you probly will not thou. Bam now time to gank some summoners and use your convenient back door to push to their nexus. Feel like the Balrog from LoTR. Just watch out for Gandolf using is CC.

I was merely trying to direct other forumers with question's or thought's to a sources I knew of on hand that addresses some of their questions pertaining to some problems with Tryndamere that I actually based the whole build around. Sorry to the individuals whom felt the need to behave themselves in certain ways to express their disapproval of my mishandled attempts to share some of my solutions to some of Tryndamere's downfalls. I have however come to a solution that doesn't involve violating rules or offending the general forum'ers appetite for knowledge for viable solutions to downfalls of a particular champion.

The thing with LoL is that it's not static.
You can never EVER come up with "the ideal build" without actually playing and doing well with it in higher levels of gameplay.
Ideal builds don't come from the "perfect mathematical setup".
They come from the best setup accounting for both transitions throughout the game and a mix of necessary stats.
Why tryn is bad = he gets kited. TO DEATH. Provides nothing else otherwise.
Melee autoattacked have long been out of the meta. Lanes are filled with AD casters now.
