Break the Silence seems a bit like Kassadin's Nullsphere.
Ensare, bit like Blitzcrank, but if it's on-target, it'll be 5x more vicious.
Riposting Spin, trying to revive the Spin and Win gag, eh?
This is definitely a tanky skill. It reduces damage.
Crack of Down is like an OP version of Amumu's Q + R.
Definitely wouldn't be suitable.
All these AoE and defensive/punishing skills point Silo to be more of a tank, cc, and pusher.
In no way do I recognize how he's a Support, and definitely wouldn't work as a carry.

Blitzcrank + Amumu, except he can silence as well, reduces all damage dealt by 42%, farm well and deal a high amount of base damage to boot?
I would build him as a pure tank, forget his tags and recommended items. This would only enforce the current tanky metagame.

You deal around 20 damage with your passive at early levels - not that significant.
Perhaps I'll lower the damage reduction from his E.
Ensnare doesn't have that large of a range either and only pulls for about half the distance of the whip, nor does it stun.
Perhaps I'll change his ult to a silence as well.
When I wrote this, I intended for him to be a ranged carry with his whip - he originally had a range around that of 500-550.
In addition, if I were to come up with base stats, they'd be similar to Master Yi's. He'd be pretty squishy in exchange for high damage output.

Silo heard of a legendary card master who had achieved much from an experiment in Zaun, conducted by a certain mad genius named Xavier Rath. Having nothing else to live for, Silo sought power and found Dr. Rath, subjecting himself to the same experiments, in the hope of gaining magical abilities.
