Silo, the Lash of Fate
Silo heard of a legendary card master who had achieved much from an experiment in Zaun, conducted by a certain mad genius named Xavier Rath. Having nothing else to live for, Silo sought power and found Dr. Rath, subjecting himself to the same experiments, in the hope of gaining magical abilities. Although his wish was granted, Dr. Rath forcibly influenced Silo's mind to seek out and kill the mystical card dealer. Now Silo, granted amazing power, seeks out Twisted Fate, under orders from his lord and master.

Attributes:
Assassin, Carry, Melee, Snare, Support, Nuke

Recommended Items:
Berserker's Greaves, Stark's Fervor, Infinity Edge, Phantom Dancer, Frozen Mallet, Banshee's Veil

Base attack range: 250 (Much more than a melee champion's, much less than a ranged champion's. Master Yi has 125 attack range, Teemo has 500 - use those as references).

Abilities
Passive - Whiplash
Enemies killed by Silo are whipped on impact, dealing physical damage to nearby enemies equal to 5/10/15% of their maximum health.

Break the Silence
Silo cracks his whip at target enemy, dealing 50/90/130/170/210 damage (+0.8 per attack damage) while also silencing the enemy for 1.5 seconds.

Cost: 75/80/85/90/95 mana
Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6 seconds
Range: 500

Ensnare
Silo latches onto the enemy champion with his whip and tugs, pulling them up to 100/150/200/250/300 distance towards himself and slowing them for the next 1/1.4/1.8/2.2/2.6 seconds.

Cost: 60/70/80/90/100 mana
Cooldown: 20/19/18/17/16 seconds
Range: 450

Riposting Spin
Silo spins his whip in a circle, hitting the weapons of nearby enemies. He deals 40/85/130/175/220 damage (+0.5 per attack damage) to nearby enemies and reduces the damage of all enemies hit by 10/15/20/25/30% for the next 2 seconds.

Cost: 90/95/100/105/110 mana
Cooldown: 12/12/12/12/12 seconds
Range: 250

Crack of Dawn
Silo uses his whip to pull himself to an enemy, dealing 80/120/160 damage (+0.8 per attack damage) on impact. He then swings his whip around, performing a dance of death, silencing all surrounding enemies for 1.5 seconds and dealing 100/175/250 damage (+0.35 per attack damage) per second for the next 4 seconds.

Cost: 150/200/250 mana
Cooldown: 120/105/90 seconds
Range: 250

A tad.

This guy seems highly overpowered O.o He can AoE silence and stun. Also do up to 15% damage AoE if he gets a killing blow. Wow.

Hell yes.

Amumu's ult range is huge. This guy's ult range is less than that of Rammus's. Also he can't move or perform any other skills while he's "dancing".

I'll change his silence to be single-target.

This is just an overpowered Amumu.

A passive/hp-reducing skill that punishes people for being close.

Break the Silence seems a bit like Kassadin's Nullsphere.
Ensare, bit like Blitzcrank, but if it's on-target, it'll be 5x more vicious.

Riposting Spin, trying to revive the Spin and Win gag, eh?
This is definitely a tanky skill. It reduces damage.

Crack of Down is like an OP version of Amumu's Q + R.
Definitely wouldn't be suitable.

All these AoE and defensive/punishing skills point Silo to be more of a tank, cc, and pusher.

In no way do I recognize how he's a Support, and definitely wouldn't work as a carry.
Carries are always ranged.

Blitzcrank + Amumu, except he can silence as well, reduces all damage dealt by 42%, farm well and deal a high amount of base damage to boot?

I would build him as a pure tank, forget his tags and recommended items. This would only enforce the current tanky metagame.

You deal around 20 damage with your passive at early levels - not that significant.

Perhaps I'll lower the damage reduction from his E.

Ensnare doesn't have that large of a range either and only pulls for about half the distance of the whip, nor does it stun.

Perhaps I'll change his ult to a silence as well.

When I wrote this, I intended for him to be a ranged carry with his whip - he originally had a range around that of 500-550.

In addition, if I were to come up with base stats, they'd be similar to Master Yi's. He'd be pretty squishy in exchange for high damage output.

i like the skills. he sounds like an anti mage (with 2 silences) so thats kinda something we need (with all these mages running around these days.)
