Nothing is replacing HoG? I can't imagine a Support without HoG

or fed enough 2 buy a Randuin's Omen against AS comps... =D
btw, dunno who has noticed, but Oracle's Elixir will now be a very hard investment that will hardly provide u with monetary profit. besides, there will no longer be a "hunt the elixir guy" anmore.

Of course there is, in Season 3 I can't imagine a support without Sightstone / Ruby Sightstone. I mean the purpose of Heart of Gold was to bulk your hp, and supply you with a steady income to buy 3-5 sight ward every 3 minutes. Supports were also reluctant to upgrade Heart of Gold as it took away the gp10, the only execptions to this were 50 minute games and Requiem.
I see, I was in a hurry and didn't read all the item description, now it makes sense that HoG is getting removed.
Well, I'm sad about some of the items being removed, and some of the reworks look a bit iffy... BUT-- the black cleaver rework looks AMAZING, as well as some others, and I'm ridiculously excited for most of the new items! Great ideas over all.

It's kind of like map control welfare if you ask me, not that there's anything wrong with that.

You didn't buy Oracle's Elixir for it's monetary profit. You bought it to screw the enemy team over whenever you wanted to set up a gank, or do objectives without being intercepted. I guess this means we'll just end up relying more on Vision Wards early game to negate vision. But with the addiotional wards from Sightstone, you can place another one if the first one gets cleared.

Yeah, the next patch will make it harder to completely shut out the enemy teams vision if they itemize to deal with it.

Hey. I see one thing i realy like: there are so many new and needed support items. but there is something i dont realy understand....Mikael's, Shart, Sightstone........all nice to support, but no Armor.
There are support items with Magic Resistance. Why not with Armor. Supporters are the most time on the Botlane and play against AD so i think Armor would be usefull.

Yes, this is my signature.

Tbh, Runaan's Hurricane is only ridiculous atm on Kog'Maw. The other AD carries don't have strong enough on-hit effects for it unless they also build Blade of the Ruined King.
And then on Graves and Ashe, it's more like extra utility.
Teemo <3
from my recent testing, Blade of the Ruined King+ Runaan's Hurricane is hardly worth it, early.
Runaan's Hurricane is very nice with redbuff, though...
also still trying to work out if i should sill get Kage's Lucky Pick as LeBlanc. maybe Shard of True Ice for some income..
