Well that's good. I have the same problem. Sometimes I am facing a person with 2k wins who completely stomps me and my team ._. Or I have a level 30 with just 15wins who doesn't know what jungling is...

great... longer queetimes in ranked... Followed by 4-5 dodges, yay. Riot making their queetime longer with erry single ****ing "fix" to matchmaking.

polse i think having longer queue times but more balanced games is better, like psi said "OH NO JUST 30 SECONDS MORE" it isnt that big of a deal to wait a few more seconds to play a balanced game
and chubby baby they still use win ratio if i remember correctly they just take the amount of wins into account too

if this affects the queue time in ranked games, i'm going to have to wait an extremely long time to play games soon when CH patches :(.

in the 1/16 patch theyre having a beta of a new matchmaking system that takes in account the number of wins you have, which is why queues have been longer, i think this is good because ive played games against people with 2k wins while i only have 200~ wins myself and ive also played with people with only 30 wins before
