^ True, I wouldn't build Malady unless you really stack AP.
About Orianna and Lux, Orianna has a nice on hit effect as passive, I've seen people abuse that. Still feel that full caster Orianna is stronger, but this also works.
Lux on the other hand, I have no idea why someone want to play on hit with her :P, her passive only works after hitting a spell, not each autoattack.
