How would you build Vayne top?

From here some survivability is necessary if you are fulfilling your role as a proper tanky-dps. I recommend [[randuin's omen]] or [[banshee's veil]], depending on their team compositino (mostly AD/AP, poke or not, etc.) [[The Bloodthirster]] - survivability and damage in one package. Also gives you an excuse to farm or alternatively, [[blade of the ruined king]] for high health stacking teams. [[wriggle's lantern]] is also acceptable if you're against a [[riven]] or [[xin zhao]] lane. [[guardian angel]] - game breaking because you get a second shot at life and gives you some nice resistances [[infinity edge]] - obvious reasons. You can rush this, but note that you'll be squishy as hell and that you aren't the main carry on the team unless you choose to.[/quote]

But the next changes which are now at PBE would pretty much destroy [[iceborn gauntlet]] for her. [[Muramana]] could really bring the pain to the enemy. I am also unsure about [[wit's end]], I would rather get [[phantom dancer]] or [[trinity force]] instead. [[wit's end]] is since the S3 nerf no longer that great.[/quote]
