Maybe add in an Iceborn Gauntlet for good measure in place of the bulwark or something. And his lanephase hasnt been nerfed at all, really aggressive tarics arent going to give a **** about the aura reduction, his stun got a buff so he can use it more. STUN WITH IMPUNITY. AND FABULOUSNESS.

Im gonna be mad when i see support tarics build tear.

Also i dont really under stand the xin changes riot actually made people want to build and play tanky xin cdr even his cdr was hardly hurt 1 sec on e omg! The ult change just makes his ult tickle people i mean were talking 50 hole dmg that hugest base nerf i have seen in a lone time the only thing this does it make dmg xin even worse and make hp cdr even better.

Elohell is like Irelia's stun: if your real level is equal or lower than the level you are in, you're STUNNED there forever. If your actual level is higher than the level you are in, you're just SLOWED in your way up.
