Hmm, Nashor's Tooth, Sorcerer's Shoes, Malady, Rabadon's Deathcap, Rod of Ages, Lich Bane? Hungering Strike is a really dangerous ability. 16% of max HP + 100% ap, wtf? And with Malady +
Spellsword
+ Lich Bane = OP Infinite Duress (and applies 5 stacks of Malady). Also Eternal Thirst scales with mpen. Kill combo: Infinite Duress + instant Lich Bane, then Hungering Strike + Lich Bane AA.
Base Damage calculation: 5*48+84*5+15*6+16 = 766
Ratio calculation magic damage: 15*6+75*2+100 = 340% AP 40%*5 = 200% bonus AD % HP bonus: 16%
Ratio calculation physical damage: 100% AD
Build has 558 AP, 0 bonus AD and 118 AD
Final damage against 2000 HP target: 2938.2 magic damage, 118 physical damage, 3101.2 total damage
Final damage against 3000 HP target: 3143.2 magic damage, 118 physical damage, 3261.2 total damage
2.203 AS with Hungering Strike, means auto attacking is very effective aswell, especially with so much on-hit effects.
AA dmg per second: 2.203*(118+16*x+15+83.7) = 2.203*(216+16*x) = 475.848+35.248*x (x=stacks of Eternal Thirst)
I would still play it on top lane, mid lane your range disadvantage completly screws you. Or jungle him.
BTW:
Means Lich Bane burst heals you if you activate your ultimate, remember that.

The lifesteal from Infinite Duress affects magic damage on-hit effect items such as Malady or Wit's End, unlike normal lifesteal. It is uncertain whether additional lifesteal stacks and works alike with the 30% lifesteal from this ability.

AS isn't really all that viable if it doesn't provide something else to him like Wit's does. It's best to go AP tanky with like, some AP and lots of resistances. Bulwark is good. I don't think he's -that- viable though since he doesn't provide a lot of teamfighting like AD WW does.
Take advantage of the fact that his q is a short cooldown, single target, direct damage spell and get rylais for da slows. And then I'd get liandry's torment cause it's rylai's best bud. I wouldn't really focus on on-hit effects, since they're not affected by ap. Then get lich bane, if it indeed does work with his passive.
Then I'd get hextech revolver, then spirit visage (it's been buffed to 20% cdr, to keep the enemy slowed and liandry'd). After that I'd finish with gunblade so for the added slow to help liandry's.

Malady and Lich Bane are on-hit effects which scale with AP and are the only ones I use in my build. Nashor's mainly for the CDR but AP and AS are nice aswell. Malady to make the ultimate deal epic damage. Rod of Ages for a good base survivability and mana in the lane, Lich Bane because the Lich Bane ult combo and one of the highest additional damage tools for him. Rabadon's Deathcap is a nobrainer. For boots, either Sorcerer's Shoes if you have access to blue or Ionian Boots of Lucidity if not.
If you don't like AS that much you can also get Deathfire Grasp instead of Nashor's Tooth. This way, you are more burst orientated. Especially the ultimate will then deal so much damage. But, of course, your CDR suffers from that.
I don't like Rylai's Crystal Scepter that much because he already gains MS if the enemy is below 50% of HP, which means, he can normally stick to targets with ease.

With Muramana I would rather build a tanky WW with very much mana, not AP WW. AP WW depends onto AP because it is what heals him.

I know that quote comes from LoL Wiki but I seriously really doubt it's accurate. Everytime I've seen a Warwick with no lifesteal but multiple on-hit items, his ult heals him for nothing...
Well, there is also a comment at the wiki, that it should work. Remember, only magic damage on-hit items.

It was insane. With only Muramana and Blade of the Ruined King (and Merc treads + Spirit Visage) I could literally walk mid, use my ulti on Ahri who has full HP and kill her using only ulti and ignite.
He is gonna kill you!!!

It worked pretty decent, but I see a lot of items that might work on him.
I have no idea what would be best on him, or if he even would be viable in ranked.
Any opinions? :D
