You should be able to play who you want, we still want our hosts to have fun you know. :D
But, playing inhouses with you in it, it seems like you play these games like you are up against Diamond tier players. You're up against people in Bronze and Silver (for the most part). It would be nice if you went easier on us, but in the sense that if you know that you are winning a lane, don't just thrash them around like ragdolls. If you are winning, then keep that advantage, but don't utterly destroy your opponent. It's no fun for whoever you're playing against.

We split them up when we have enough people to play 2 games, lowest 10 with lowest 10 and highest 10 with highest 10, but if we don't have enough people for 2 games then we simply don't have a way. Yesterday there was less people since it was a off-day.
We tried doing different skill brackets on different days, and while that might have been fun for the higher skill bracket the lower skill bracket got consistently screwed by never having enough people for a 10 man game.
We also need more hosts to consistently do 2 different games where we plan ahead to split them up, if we DID decide to do that. So you lazies need to stop being like "oh I'll host!" and just sign up to be a Ref! We could really use the help, Fruyti is the only consistent Ref for NA. Which by the way, instead of getting raffle tickets for the host raffle those that help host will get extra tickets for the player raffle from now on. You can only get in the host raffle if you are a referee.
I would be a referee but the problem is I don't know if I'd ever be consistently there. Friends call, plans change, team practice, etc. It would be unfair to players if I were to ref, plus I'm not exactly a well behaved mobapeon :3

Thanks for the Signature MissMaw!
I'm all for being a ref, I can consistently be on if I talk about it with my dad (we're not on the east coast so it intersects our dinner time, I think at about 6 PM now, but I can talk to him about earlier dinners on saturdays), and I try to stay well behaved. I get along with most people I think, and I've already hosted similar things before for other games and even helped out with league.
Ban out GoodPlays GG
I'd would be down for being a rep, but I ordinarily can't make Saturday inhouses, because my family has a dinner then that comes with a movie, and that takes up a long time. I tend to get along well with people, but I think that recent experiences would probably kill any chances of being a rep.
I know I'm joining the conversation late, but could you completely dominate someone and then say what they did wrong, or how they could improve? That way the game isn't just a "stomp", but it becomes educational for everyone. For instance, I saw you on Akali go something like 24/2. Whenever you kill your opponent, you could all chat something like, "When up against Akali, you really need to have a pink ward down/carry a pink" or "try not to fight in Akali's shadow pool" or "count how many times Akali has ulted to keep track of in a fight" etc etc.
I know I'd feel pretty demoralised being stomped by a high elo player, especially if they were the host and I joined up to play for fun. Adding a little bit of explanation or discussion after every fight or so will probably really lift some spirits, even despite being pwned ^^

Totally understand moon, it is important that if you sign up to Ref you actually show up, that's also the reason I generally don't host. Also, to be fair, every inhouse game I've played with you you've been very pleasant and helpful (but maybe that's because people don't act up as much around me, idk).
For those that are interested, it's not like you have to do it every week, but even if you sign up a few days in advance after you know weekend plans that would be very helpful. I suppose if you're interested and can do it every once in a while, if we have enough people like that so that there's consistently 2 Refs so that we can plan on splitting teams up we can try to better separate inhouses by skill.
People seem to not know where the Ref information is. The thread is linked in the FAQ and for now I've stickied it. Here's the link: http://www.mobafire.com/league-of-legends/forum/inhouses/introducing-referees-18708
