The answer to Blade of the Ruined King

[/quote] Normally the people who should be rushing it are ADCs that favor attack speed ([[vayne]] being a good example). It isn't nearly as useful on most other champs. [/quote] Forgot about [[Varus]], he is quite popular now. The [[Blade of the ruined king]] is a great item for mid/late game damage out put. Nothing compares to percentage of health damage.[/quote]
