Nikwu is one of the more prominent Zed mains that actually plays him in competitive tournaments. I'm pretty sure that's his best champion.
As several people have said, Dyrus also plays Zed a fair amount when he's streaming soloqueue.

both rapidstar and ambition of cj frost and blaze (respectively) are very good mid zed players
