They’ll lose all incentive to learn since if they learn and become smart they’ll be punished by abolishment, rather than admired for their hard work which would set a foundation for future glory for the whole ethnic group. Without an incentive to study and work hard for accomplishments in school black people are doomed to never ever break their boundaries in society and never become equal to the white man. Another problem I see in the society of today is to glorify black people as to give them a fighting chance – ultimately treating us like handicapped individuals who need a ramp rather than a stairway because they can’t walk up the stairway of studying. We can walk up a stairway, we just need to lift ourselves from the ground before we can achieve anything even remotely as massive as a stairway and that can only be done through the help of society. We need to show these 5 year old black boys and girls that black successful individuals do exist, that studying will amount to success and most of all that you shouldn’t abolish studying kids from your social groups, rather than help these people with easier scholarships and reduce their required points for entry into a university, society as a whole would benefit much more from having actually educated people who have had the incentive to study all along, not to mention the economic pluses from lowered crime rate and increased financial growth. Crime rate brings me to another very important point in this presentation. In America 40% of all inmates are black, some of you might think well at least it’s under half so that’s no biggie. Well that is a biggie since only 12% of the American population is black, this means that blacks have 3 1/3 times more jail time than their part of the population would justify. The root of this problem is like the root of every other problem with blacks in The United States of America; the social heritage just has way too tough of a grip on the kids. You know that when people grow up and assume they’ll be dead or in jail by the time they’re thirty and what brought them into that situation was their color, something has to be changed. Especially if we assume that these babies, at their birth were born with the same chances as well as the same intellectual level as their white counterparts. Another issue I would like to address is how blacks look at their position in the American society. If we look on how blacks perceive their standing in society, one can tell that for every day that passes, blacks as well as whites feel that the increase of the social standing of blacks in the society is diminishing. We can from this conclude one of two things: 1: Blacks are now totally equal to whites and there is nothing to be done to increase equality. 2: The state as it is, is running out of methods to help these people. Assuming option nr. 1 is the right one would be naïve at best. We can from all kinds of charts tell that there is a considerable difference in living standards as well as income among other things. Until the living conditions for black people and white people are of somewhat equal standing, I consider the task undone. let us get real and move on to option 2; The state as it is has a hard time giving blacks a better future, the social offices simply don’t know what to do to help these people. I feel like we should try to put down some serious taskforces to get some serious reforms which can help the black kids right from the second they’re extracted from the womb of their mothers. So for Science21, which is the discipline I'll be teaching, there are about 5 main subject codes and several broken down objectives. So you see things like "EN1 > xxx" and "EN2 > xxx", which are covering different bases. As for the other acronyms, Science21 runs on the basis/backing/priorities of Technology, Environment, Catalyst for Discovery and Health & Wellbeing. Rising the temperature of the planet ( along side with giving it an earth like atmosphere) is a very popular scenario but kind of unrealistic because the gravity of mares might not be big enough to hold an atmosphere like the earth has. The other hope is that water is all over the planted just frozen under the surface invisible as it is to deep for the rovers to dig. Mars storms: Those things are scary and you have to plane the location of your settlements so you don't get blowen away. Earth Mars coordination: You can't just set of and send all people at once. There has to be a "gray" phase after the first people landed and you start to make you move. The travel to the mars can vary in time from 8 months to way to long. So you need to coordination when stuff goes over and when you send the people etc. If you need pictures of the Mars you might want to check out both opportunity(still rolling around there) and Spirit( died 2010) they made some very impressive pictures of Mars.
