Ionian boots is CDR overkill, Lee Sin is energy-based so huge amounts of CDR can't even be used properly.
For jungle I think Madred's are just stronger but I guess elder lizard can work. Ruined is alright but not optimal imo, the AD has been nerfed heavily and the AS isn't very useful.
I find that mallet isn't useful enough for Lee Sin, he doesn't need consistent slows, his sticking power is enough.
Last whisper is great. 'nuff said.
Sightstone is great.

Elder Lizard makes you clear crazy fast and gives your ganks super high damage, it's waaaaaay better than Razors unless you need the armor. Even then, I'd go both.
Ruined isn't really for AD/AS, Lee's base damages are pretty high as is, it's more for the active which adds a lot of burst. It's the same reason why people buy it on Zed, it makes their executes stronger.

Cleaver has a red glow and PD has a red glow. Mallet is white but has a blue glow.

I tried lizard before. It gives you a decent amount of damage but I'd rather want the early sightstone for mobility and better ganks than the damage.
I've seen a Smite/Ignite Lee sin go lizard + brut and he literally could 1v1 anyone at that stage.
In teamfights however he'd be more useless.
I personally am against any sort of damage items on Lee sin when games are even. I always go for tankiness (sightstone bulwark randuins) and damage later only when winning
