Thanks for the comments and advice. I dont mind the guide being downvoted atm, i could use all of he critiques i can get. Once im ready to finalize it i will archive it and remake a new guide. Still open to more suggestion.

*added masteries and fixed the runes error
*Changed formating by creating more chapter
*created a new summary

Could still use more feedbacks thanks!

Your build is unfinished, due to no chapter for masteries, or a concluding chapter. If you don't mind your guide being downvoted 'cause of this, leave it, but if you do, archive it!

Thanks for the comments :) all the advice is appreciated. Will continue to work on the format and probably will change the runes. Tho the items I am likely to keep the same, as stated with why I prefer an Archangel's Staff over Athene's Unholy Grail tho i do agree it as a very good alternative.

Dude this could be a really good build, I mean ur coding is awesome. However....
The runes aren't that good. Greater Seal of Scaling Mana Regeneration is wasted because on Anivia you should be getting a Tear of the Goddess early on and then with blue the runes are wasted. Greater Quintessence of Scaling Ability Power I guess is ok but if so you need to take three because your runes are either aimed at making ur late or early game better, but you should choose one. Also for runes, Greater Glyph of Scaling Ability Power is decent, but Anivia is really helped with Greater Glyph of Magic Resist early game cause she can trade super easily with her stun and huge damage on Frostbite.

Ok next. Masteries are mostly good except take a point out of Mental Force and put it into Summoner's Wrath because it gives 5 AP and AD when ur ignite is on cooldown is better than 2 more AP. Also in the utility tree I go with one point in Summoner's Insight because more Flashes better than more movement speed.

Lastly, I agree with ur items later game but starting with a Faerie Charm, 4 Health Pots, 1 Mana Pot, and a Sightward is just better because you have an earlier Tear of the Goddess and more sustain early game. Also I agree with Absolute.0 that Athenes Unholy Grail should be core.

Finally finally, taking Crystallize at level 4 really increases your kill potential in lane. Once I hit four, I have usually poked hard with Frostbite and Flash Frost and then I get the wall down followed with an easy Flash Frost and then Frostbite. With ignite and some aa's then you should kill the enemy laner and hopefully pick up first blood.

Also the structure of the guide is weird, like your all over the place.

Also consider adding a champion matchups section with how to lane against certain other mid laners.

Fix that stuff and I'll upvote your guide man I really like your formatting.

Starting off saphire crystal with derp runes? Whoo boy, this'll be a fun read.

Good coding almost makes the bad items and runes forgivable. I disagree with waiting until level 8 to get wall, but whatever. Please fix those items and runes, I'm witholding the vote.

1. Runes are bad.
2. I would suggest including Athene's Unholy Grail into the core, it gives Anivia everything she needs. Did I mention everything? But you did make your preference clear in the guide.

3. The structure is kinda off. Runes and spell at the bottom, gameplay, pros and cons somewhere in the middle. Pls. fix.

4. Fizz's Chum the Waters knock up does not cancel Anivia's Glacial Storm

Over-all, I like the coding and the details, but you still have some work to do. will withhold my vote for now.
