You should try getting to at least Bronze IV before dreaming about Challenger.
If you are losing almost half the games you are winning in ranked, realistically you have no chance of even getting to Silver/Gold.
What you need to learn is how to play better mechanically. that alone can help you climb to Silver at least. After that you should learn how to take objectives.
From my perspective, you're at Bronze V which is the lowest of the low - if you can't get past that you should just give up.
Sorry for being so negative, but it's the truth.

I think you need to find a good higher elo player and queue with them. For two reasons:
1) They'll improve your chances of winning.
2) You'll be up against harder opponents, meaning your own mechanics will be forced to improve.
