The changes to [[runic bulwark]] and [[locket of the iron solari]] can be summed up in a tldr: They are still very good. They are still hard for supports to afford and you'll probably never see one building either. You now have options aside from [[runic bulwark]] for MR. Nothing was stripped away from you if you're a support looking to get tanky, and junglers if anything are actually affected by this change more than anyone. They need to invest in MR somewhere down the line now.[/quote]
