I don't usually get either of those. Better to get Trinity Force and tankiness and utility with something like Mercury's Treads, Trinity Force, Shurelya's Battlesong and Frozen Heart.
This actually makes sense because her damage is fine with just Sheen. I still buy Gunblade/Bork though for extra oomph and sustain. After that I go for defensive items unless I'm stomping.
I don't play LoL anymore.

Gave you a good laugh or helped? rep+ so i can know ;)
Thanks to TinyStar, Jhoi, Xiaowi, Virus, Bard and Arcana(eww)...for my signatures!
Elohell is like Irelia's stun: if your real level is equal or lower than the level you are in, you're STUNNED there forever. If your actual level is higher than the level you are in, you're just SLOWED in your way up.

Not ADC related, because, well, Guinsoo's Rageblade should never ever be touched by an ADC:
Coincidentally, I just did maths on my hybrid Kayle build vs my AP build.
There were instances where one was better than the other, but the hybrid was left behind most of the time, increasingly so the more armor I put the stats against. Which means that in general game scenarios, hybrid just doesn't cut it.
I wasn't even taking Lich Bane's proc into account btw, this just skyrockets AP Kayle.
And OH **** I just remembered there was no Nashor's Tooth extra damage either WTF.
End of lesson tl;dr: NO GUINSOO ON ADC. EVER. Hybrid Kayle is good against squishies. AP Kayle outclasses the **** out of hybrid.
I still like to play hybrid sometimes, especially in TT.

Guinsoo's Rageblade becomes incredibly cost effective when fully stacked, especially if the scond passive effect is activated.
Building it on ADCs makes no sense though; you're relying on auto attacks to deal damage, not abilities. The ability power and SV stats are pretty much wasted. This leaves you with just LS, attack speed and attack damage, all of which can be gained from much more useful items such as Blade of the Ruined King.
But as I wrote before, if you're building hybrid on a champ such as Jax, Poppy, Kayle or whatever and feel like you don't need defense or utility then go for it. Gaining 2k+ worth of stats isn't bad at all, as long as your champ can actually put them to good use. I like the idea of gaining 1k+ worth of stats because someone wanted to focus you.
The thing is, like the guy above me wrote, pure AP or bruiser builds are usually better. Honeslty though, I don't understand why this site hated Guinsoo's Rageblade so much that it's comical.

You see this as an hybrid item (hybrid suck, I agree). I see this as an AD item, granting bonus damage on spells. :D
I love . I like to get it on Nidalee when I am stomping top lane hardcore. Aaaaand that's it. Even then, I just enjoy it, I'm not 100% sure it's the best call, it just seems to fit the way I play.
As for ADC, I get your point, but it feels wrong. Getting any item with more raw damage and/or auto-attack related stats looks much more natural to me, since you WILL get items such as , , , etc. The point is, Crit, DMG, AS and ArPen all scale powerfully together, where spellvamp barely does scale. I'm not even mentionning AP.
I like your idea and determination, but I believe you should let this one go :p

You're paying 2600 gold for:
30 AD
up to 32% bonus AS, contingent on autoattacking for 6-7 seconds straight.
IF YOU'RE BELOW 50% HEALTH:
20% bonus AS
10% Lifesteal
I'd much rather have a Blade of the Ruined King. Same amount of damage, reliable AS, better Lifesteal, and a really good active.

Yes, changing vision on an item will really improve its strength.
