Looks pretty good imo. Maybe blur the shoulder/arm a little bit and sharpen his face (if thats the focal :P) to make sure people look at the face not the biceps :D Here's an image I just whipped up for someone at my shop CnC?

Test: I like everything but the left hand side which looks like it has too much going on. Dream: I like Riven's colour scheme, I think it's really crisp and clean. I think maybe you could have done something in the background, but as the requester really didn't want much done, I think you did as much as you could without adding too much. I think he completed the sig first with all the edits and hue / saturation changes, then duplicated the render, then used this tutorial to get that effect
