If you meant lagger-meister I wouldn't be yelling at him. he got that rep for making his "how to not write a guide" "the ten commandments" and also for his continuous comments on how to make a better guide. the reason we are being nit picky and minor is because thats how you make a guide. you take what people tell you. were not trying to be *******s. were trying to tell you what you can do to make this better

of course we all aren't programmers but BB code has many guides on mobafire (thanks to jhoijhoi) and it is meant to be like learning a new way to play a champ. its not hard but its not easy. I still haven't got it down.

So I agree with pretty much everyone on the whole downvoting aspect, as I would downvote as well, but I'm actually going to have the patience to tell you why Veteran Mobafire users are tearing you apart and new ones are supporting you, as well as just about every reason why your guide is bad.

Starting off, Vets have seen so many builds and guides come and go, and mainly know a lot more about the guide writing process and content. They put lots of effort and content into their guides, and most know what they are talking about. They've reviewed so many guides that if they see something stupid, they're going to tell you and not sugarcoat it. All the new users have this "it's not too bad" and "give him a chance" attitude, but vets don't want misleading information in guides out there, which is why they are being harsh.

Alright, so let's get started
Runes: Greater Quintessence of Critical Chance, Greater Mark of Critical Chance, Greater Seal of Critical Damage. These runes make absolutely no sense. Runes are designed to give early game and some mid game strengths. So you can crit more. woopdie doo. You also have no armor or MR to protect from THEIR ADC and Support. Glyph of cd reduction? Why? What would this be used for, especially on an ADC? Your Runes choices are pretty bad and should be reconsidered for Greater Seal of Armor, greater mark of armor penetration or Greater Seal of Attack Damage, Glyph of Magic Resist or Greater Glyph of Scaling Magic Resist, and either greater quintessence of armor penetration, Greater Quintessence of Attack Damage, or Greater Quintessence of Life Steal.

Masteries, only suggestion is to take 3 points out of Havoc and move them into Butcher and Destruction .

Biggest blunder: Itemization
So you're building Critical Damage, but aren't rushing an Infinity Edge? Really? In a crit build, always rush Infinity Edge over Phantom Dancer. I haven't played Jinx, but since she has escape, seems like rushing a Blade of the Ruined King would also proved to be effective. Phantom Dancer is always a secondary item to your main item. Maw of Malmortius should not be included in this guide at all. If you want a magic resist AD item for an ADC, Mercurial Scimitar is the way to go, with a built in cleanse. Maw of Malmortius is just not a good choice. Same with Zephyr. Why you would include this against heavy AP, I don't know, but Zephyr is just a bad choice.

Your item explanations themselves are pretty bad and give no insight to how the actual item works with Jinx, how it does in-game, etc. It's just a simple opinion on it. You need to go in-depth with it. Wriggle's Lantern should just not be completed while jungling. Madred's Razors is good enough for the jungle clear, and the 90 second ward is really not worth the amount of gold spent on Wriggle's Lantern. Most of the items you list in your cheat sheet don't even show up in the items section... This is a nono. Explain ALL item choices that you provide.

Your passive has a built in Ghost, as does BotRK if you choose it. This shouldn't be taken, as it doesn't allow immediate repositioning on an ADC. Teleport shouldn't be taken on an ADC. Ever. Same with Ignite. There is no situation in which I can conceive either of those two being more useful than Barrier or Cleanse. Speaking of which, you did not include Barrier at all anywhere in your guide.

Now that all of your content has been picked apart so you know what to fix, let's look at the guide itself.

1.) It's short. Too short. It's little more than a lightly-explained cheatsheet. There is no details to it at all. You need more sections. Item pathing, skill sequence, explaining skills, laning and game phases. None of this is in your guide. You really should archive it and make MAJOR changes to it until your relist it.

2.) There's an abysmal lack of BBCoding. It would be ok if you had walls of text that actually explained everything well and in detail, but there isn't. There's almost no coding in this guide whatsoever. Use what Mobafire has given you, the opportunity to make a custom guide. This one is MAJOR.

Hopefully I've been able to tell you ALL of what needs to be fixed (it's a lot) and explained why you are getting the responses you've been getting. Also, all criticism is good, whether in a negative or positive tone. You need to GET PAST YOUR FEELINGS and just do as people suggest, no matter the tone. And you don't need to push back and sound like someone who can't take discussion on every level. As a guidewriter, you must be open to all suggestions. Open. You don't have to take them all, but at least keep them in mind. You CANNOT let feelings or emotions get in the way. There are people who don't want to take the time to write something like this, and tbh, I really didn't want to either, but I did for whatever reason. As you have probably been able to see, Satella's been here forever. He/she (not really sure Satella, sorry) is also a Scout. Been rep'd many times. Obviously, he/she (again, sorry) pretty much knows what they're talking about, and though they don't choose to portray it in a positive tone, they're pretty much right.

Please go back to the drawing board, make HUGE changes, archive, and republish sometime else. This guide is incredibly less than stellar.
