About 60-65% without lifesteal quints. If you get one lifesteal quint you can easily exit the jungle with 70+% hp.

I would like to believe that you are stronger with dorans at 65-75% than any other jungler with machete at 100%. Xin early game damage is quite unmatched.
I haven't played Xin jungle at all since I started playing Vi, Lee and Eve, but whereas I always feel really low trying out Doran's start on Vi and Lee, on Xin I used it 100% of the time since learning of Doran's start and he pretty easily stays on high HP while clearing his buffs, provided you start with W like you're meant to.
IMO Doran's Xin > Machete Xin.
