youre only losing about 82 points of true damage from ignite if youre swain(less than that actually since torment only lasts 4 seconds and ignites DoT is 5 seconds) which is at max level, poppy already bursts people down without ignite when she uses her ult, talon can also instaburst late game, early game talon and swain might lose some damage but its not that much

was swain ever about early game though? i always thought of him and poppy as super late game champions, talon i would say has a better early game than those two but late game he can burst people anyways

@Dill, Swain is a huge lane bully against anything with short/medium range. He has great harass/trading and can take most of your health if he lands a snare, then do it again like 10 seconds later. I'm actually surprised no one plays him cuz I feel like he's pretty decent for solo queue.
But luther - swain's mobility makes all snails/tortoises cry

Can't remember if this was season 2 or season 3, but they decreased the hit size of his W. Aside from that they removed the debuff from his W, and then also decreased his base attack speed, I believe. I remember Luther complaining about how it was affecting his last-hitting.
I don't know about his stats but I remember the attack speed tweaks on his W (I think it lowered the enemy's before?) and also he had a heal when he was released (I think it was taken off during season 1, can't remember)
