yeah, warlock mostly needs 1 legendary - Sylvannas, but I don't have her. Actually I think leeroy is much better in warlock but don't have him either.

Yeah, Leeroy is good, but not as incredibly strong as Sylvanas (she really needs a nerf).
I was actually thinking of Sylvanas and Jaraxxus. Jaraxxus pretty much secures the lategame. He's just really strong and is popular in competitive play for that very reason.
Some take Rag for the lategame, but I think Jaraxxus is the stronger pick in most instances.

@Polse
Arcane Missiles, Ice Lance, Cult Master and Ogre Magi are generally not worth it.
Stop running 1 of so many cards. It reduces the chance of drawing the cards that matter the most. You should generally run 2 of every card, running only one in special circumstances.
Add Azure Drakes to your Mage and Rogue decks. They're real OP.
Shadowstep is just not good. Brewmaster can work, but even that is kind of situational.
Skip the Abusive Sargeant and add Southsea Deckhand.
You should give Spiteful Smith a look. It potentially turns your Hero Power into a 3/2 weapon(you should probably run another Assassin's Blade and Deadly Poison too btw).

A buff-heavy setup seems to be what you're going for and I'm personally going for a similar style, so I'll give you a few tips.
Eye for an Eye is pretty bad.
Repentence and Noble Sacrifice aren't good enough to be worth the deck space. Run Equality if you want something like that, because you have much more control over that than a secret.
Blessing of Wisdom and Hand of Protection are decent, but they aren't high priority and I don't think there's space for them. (also, Divine Favor>Blessing of Wisdom)
Divine shields are THE **** for buff-setups. And so is the Faerie Dragon.
You should run Argent Squire, Scarlet Crusader and possibly Argent Commander and Silvermoon Guardian.
There's no space for the Ooze.
Dark Iron Dwarf is a given. Shattered Sun Cleric is also a solid pick, especially with the Faerie Dragon(cuz direct buffs don't work on it).
Sword of Justice is also great, but that's an epic, so I can't assume you have it (I have one :D ). Southsea Deckhand is really good when you have the Sword of Justice.

Solid Deck:
Skip Holy Smite in favor of Light Warden.
Skip Lightwell in favor of Circle of healing. It has more utility and isn't random.
Auchenai Soulpriest brings you some amazing utility, especially in combination with Circle of Healing(it becomes a 4dmg board-clear).
Skip Mind Control in favor of another Shadow Word:Death and Shadow Madness.

gg got 50 gold (10 for 3 wins as shaman and 40 for daily quest) because my opponent left before the game had even started.

Just started, really digging the Warlock so far, and I really don't like facing Shamans.

It's really almost 1 to 1 what the original WoW cardgame was.

Anyone willing to duel me? I'm barely 18 in ranked, but I haven't lost so far, which is pretty weird considering I'm not really using too many cards outside of the basic spectrum.

Either way, my battletag is EvilAbedNadi2851 (Pressed enter without realizing Blizzard had limited the letter count :c)

I hope it doesn't sound mean when I say this, but early climbing is pretty damn simple. I haven't played much ranked yet, but so far I've gone from rank 25 to 19 (with three stars) while only losing my very first game against a guy who had a lot of golden cards and legendaries and has probably played a bit more than I have :P

I don't really duel people often but I'll add you anyway :)

Eehm, first of all, though there is quite some luck involved because you'll sometimes have to choose between 3 ****ty cards, having an overall ****ty deck in arena would normally be the result of you choosing the wrong cards and/or not keeping an eye on the overall curve of the deck. In arena, you should also have as much chance as anyone else to get legendaries since the cards you can get are not limited by your own current collection like they are in constructed play.

As far as "owning early but then losing" goes, you may simply be using a lot of cards too early? For example, a card like Execute can be used early on an enemy 3/3 who has already taken 1 damage, but also later in the game on a 7/7 that has taken a hit. Obviously using it on that second minion has a higher impact on the game overall, and that for only 1 mana!

It's hard to judge for me since I can't actually spectate games, but I think that things like this is something that a lot of players struggle with (myself included): do I use the Shadow Bolt I have right now on his 4/3 minion so I have strong board pressure or do I trade one of my minions for it and save the spell for later when I really need it?

Also, always ask yourself what an enemy could have in his hand that deals with what you have on the field: for example, if you play against a mage and you know he'll have 7 mana crystals in his next turn, don't throw all small minions you have in your hand on the field only to see them being wiped out by a Flamestrike. If you're facing a Priest, consider playing that 4/5 Chillwind Yeti instead of your 3/5 Sen'jin Shieldmasta because he might have Shadow Word: Pain in his hand to get rid of it easily, etc etc etc etc.

Better luck next time! :)
