What do you think of MobaFire's Scouting System?
The main issue I see being discussed in this thread is what if a scout decides to -scout a guide becauzse he/she doesn't like it. However as long as there arent only 3 scouts in the system,if its a guide that deserves to get a +scout it should get 3 more +scouts than -scouts, despite all the troll scouts and scouts who disliked the hybrid pen runes etc.
Also if you main a champion, youre probably more likely to -scout rather than +scout a guide because you notice all the wrong mastery and rune choices other people would not.

Of course not. However, the way scouts are being used it's unacceptable. No offense.
If you read through the rest of my post you'd realize that I have absolutely no intention of using my scouting power.
Which basically cancels out your entire argument of 'scouts are abusing their power'.
You can't say that to a scout that has STATED he will not be abusing his power.

Oh I read it, but your intent is irrelevant. We have been talking about trying to make scout votes and the scouts themselves actually mean something. To give someone a "power vote" that doesn't even play only furthers the point of this thread.

but really this thread is going no where and will likely have no impact (which from what i remember is a common occurance with regards to the scout system). natekiller's nasus guide not being scouted while otg's is scouted is a perfect example of the scout system failure btw. diamond elo nasus player with a **** ton of insight into each and every way to play him against all possible opponents versus a well coded guide that provides a fraction of the insight.
