[[Ebb and Flow]] has a longer cooldown and higher mana cost than [[Inner Flame]], plus heals less damage than it deals. This makes it really easy to abuse [[Nami]] with [[Karma]] at early levels. Post-six the lane tips more into [[Nami]]'s favor as [[Karma]] doesn't really have a power spike there.[/quote]
