That's why I added that part. I don't think he doesn't deserve to be in tier 1, but I feel like he isn't the best of the best anymore (ever since they changed his E to no longer reduce attack speed, to be precise). I've also felt incredibly useless on him every time I've played him myself, but that is probably mostly because of the fact that I'm a horrible jungler :P

Karma easily ignores Nami's sustain as she deals far more damage than Nami can deal with at early levels. Ebb and Flow has a longer cooldown and higher mana cost than Inner Flame, plus heals less damage than it deals. This makes it really easy to abuse Nami with Karma at early levels.
Post-six the lane tips more into Nami's favor as Karma doesn't really have a power spike there.
