Can anyone help me find my role in my team with the...

Hello. I'm The Bhatt of War (Bhatt means priest in Indian, but I'm Korean), a lvl 11 summoner with little to no MOBA skills. I usually play top, or bot lane. I prefer beefy, AD reliant bruisers (Garen and Darius don't hate) and I'm a sub par ADC. I'll list my fav champs in order.

1.Garen
2.Darius
3.Graves
4.Jax
5.Caitlyn

My best game was 15-3 with Graves as an ADC and my best multi-kill was a triple kill with Garen. My first ace was also with Garen. I'm a very poor AP Mid (my only decent one is Nasus) and I'm a deficit to my team in teamfights.

Please help me improve in League of Legends!

Thank you,

The Bhatt of War

What a Long Day...

Sitting at work, staring a hole in the monitor, cant decide if it would be worse indoors or stuck outside in the pouring rain, no joke, its pelting past the window at a 90 degree angle.

I've just been informed that my laptops just been picked up and taken away to be repaired/melted down to make new monopoly pieces etc, hope its the latter, nice shiny new one from the manufacturers warranty if thats the case.

No idea when i'll get it back if its fixable, cant wait to get it back and have a couple games of LoL to see if everythings working fine.

Thoughts about Selection Queue

Introduction

So since several days there is a heated discussion on reddit and several LoL community sites about a feature suggested by someone called "Onaprayer". It even went so far, that professional LoL players re-posted his suggestion thus generating even more discussions.

As far as the suggestion goes it is a pretty simple concept, that I and probably a lot of other players had in their heads for quite some time (we just did not make the suggestion for one reason or another). The point is to modify the Ranked Solo/Duo Queue's to not just randomly throw five people together in a team but to let the players decide before the game what role they want to play. This should be realized via picking your role before you get into the queue (five icons, one for each position e.g. "Solo Top", "Jungle", "Mid Lane", "Carry" and "Support"), then the system would match you with people who have picked the four other roles. It probably is best if I just post the picture Onaprayer created:

Random theory crafting...

Was really bored on electronics class, so i started calculating random lol stuff... meh... Seems like the most effective stats are AP and HP right now. After these two are AD and MR.

Ability Power

AP can be easily stacked, eventhough most skills don't give out full AP ratio, on average i'd say it still scales really fast. Also there are lot of AP items that give high AP and tankyness both. Even if we look at 0.6 ratio, APCs can reach 500+ AP without any problem, which is still 300 magic damage. I would also note here that MR is harder to stack compared to armor so 300 magic > 300 physical.

Health

HP is probably the best defense stat atm. A Warmog's Armor can give you insane boost, and there are lot of other items. Building HP makes you harder to kill, but what about armor and MR? Well they make your HP more effective, if you take 23% less damage, your HP will last 23% longer, pretty simple. The thing is, early it's easier to double your HP than increasing your armor or MR that it …

Hey everyone

Hiya friends!! I started playing LoL for only a month or so and decided to create a team and give this a try. My goal is to create a really good team that can one day participate in the big leagues. I think I consider myself not too bad a player and a quick learner. I would love to get some tips from anyone who reads this. But anyways, let's be friends! Hopefully I'll be posting more and we can get this team going!

Prayers out to Boston

I just need a space to express my horror at what happened today. I was on my way to New York City today when I found out about the bombings in Boston. I immediately called my friends in Boston, several of whom I knew were likely to watch the event in person. All of them made it out safely, thank god. Two of my friends said they were watching no more than 20 feet away from the bombs, but they decided to leave early for whatever reason and were safely out of distance when the bombs went off.

I can't understand this. It is so senseless. What possible reason could there be to inflict violence during an event that brings so much hope, promise, and spirit to people. So many innocent people are scarred for life, physically and emotionally, and at least one child has lost his life as well. It's so horrible.

I've been looking at pictures too, and I have walked down those streets many times when I was in school in Boston, often when it was beautiful outside. To imagine it as a war zone, it's a…

Day #1 Team practicing

So today was the very first day of playing with the team and I have to say they are all good players. We all have good synergy and communication. Our very first matched we dominated the competition, of course I carried as Renekton no big deal...just kidding. Anyways, we lacked communication a tad bit first match but still turned out on top. Second game we were having a rough time beginning of the game. I had gotten first blooded by udyr which didn't turn out as bad as I thought. Although vayne got a little fed early on she decided it was a good idea to throw the game. Basically we secured objectives Dragon, Baron, and towers. That game we had very good synergy and communication and a pretty nice team comp. That was it for the 1st day of playing and hopefully we can improve and learn from our mistakes for the upcoming sunday tournaments we have planned. I promise blogs in the future will be longer.
