Hey guys, I'll be traveling starting tomorrow morning with limited internet access at best. I won't be on League for quite a while and I will likely be much less active than I have been so far.

Dunno when I'll be back to normal. Maybe a week or two. Maybe longer depending on how busy I am when I get to college. I'll be on moba when I'm able though.

Trying out these blog shenanigans, so here goes:



I am currently 1534 elo and probably going to end up gold in the end of the season and possibly get a cool skin ^^ IF Riot gives a Volibear skin to gold and platenium players I promise you that I will do absolutely nothing about it. Really ...

Anyways I am currently playing normal games, trying out junglers for S3 and geting to know them better and possibly reach platenium duo queing with a friend.

As for my Volibear guide, I am currently 1st and trying to make it as better as possible. I plan on making a video of me playing Volibear soon and improoving the guide overall :)

Currently, I am not improving my guides, nor updating them. Although it'd be nice to, I'm rather busy and the process of updating a guide for me is everything at once, as I avoid part by part.

However, I am playing LoL still, currently testing and vastly improving my Nidalee, Olaf, Volibear, and Jax. Due to quite a bit of inactivity, I've lost a lot of my dominating persona as a top laner, and I've been trying my best whenever I play to improve that, whether in ranked, normals, my team, or friends.

So forgive me for a lack of updates! I've found out a better Nidalee and Olaf build and playstyle, and I have hopes that one day I'll create a Volibear guide, perhaps a Jax guide although I don't really believe I'll get to the latter. Eventually, I'll totally rework the majority of my guides, as well as release my VB guide, hopefully when Winter Break comes up, or before if I'm not swamped.

I was at Gamescom as some of you might know (most of you won't) and am handing out ONE free Full metal skin.
Why only one? I only (ONLY) got 4 (5 but I gave one poor piglet who didn't get a code at gamescom a code) for Graves which I need for my friends. And...., wait I just recognized I have 2 skins to give out, yeah 2/8 because I gave MissMaw and Amazing monkey both a skin.
Whatever guys, I want you to post why you deserve the skin, why you want it or whatever.

this is my first blog and I want to talk about a subject one can't know enough about it. It's about gaining ELO. And this is NOT gonna be a discussion about ELO-hell and it's existance.

I mainly want to share my expericence I gained from playing ranked games with ups and long downs. I went up to 1456 and then down to 800. Atm I am back at 1260 and still climbing up.

Here we go:

As most of u know u get a hugh elo push the more games you win out of your first 10 games in ranked mod. I got a bit luck and some nice skill on WW (toplane only) and ended with 9/1 wins in my first games and went up to about 1450 elo which was kinda nice for me since I played LoL for half a year and had about 250 normal wins.

At that point I needed skill to stay on that lvl. Unfortunately I didnt had it. That's why I dropped over 600 elo down to ~ 800 elo. At that time I was angry cause I was sure that I didn't belong to that low elo. That was my big problem number 1. I thought that I am doing well…

My weekend at gamescom was amazing.
I sat at the front line and in the center every single day and I enjoyed watching the SK Gaming vs. CLG.eu semifinal on Saturday best.

Since I was in first row there was a lot of pushing when they were giving away free stuff like Gangplank oranges and Teemo hats. I was almost pushed onto the stage and it was pretty painful.
Two Riot heroes saved me though ("are you okay, sweetie?") they gave me the last remaining

Well, here's the next one. It... Well, it sucks XD. I think I learned a few new things here, did the hair differently, got the face shape a BIT closer to how it should be, and got a better color scheme. However I have no idea wtf kind of pose I put her in lol. I ended up putting Foxfire on her although it probably looks more like blue buff >_>



So yeah, this is the second one I've made now, still very new to this whole chibi style but over the course of 100 more I hope I'll get better. I am much more used to making the special effects than actual people so the proportions are still pretty off.

Ah, this is my first blog post ever. I only joined MOBAFire recently. Anyways, onto my topic at hand.

First off, i will state i'm a adventurous player who experiments with various champions and builds, just a normal guy who's trying hard to master the game. I'm not perfectly good at every champion, but i practice. I'm also unranked, as i'm only lvl 28 at the moment

So, I've played AP Mid on one match, as Gragas, since he was free that week and i wanted to try him. I'd practiced on both beginner and intermediate bots beforehand, so i got the idea of how to play him down. When i entered the lobby, someone else had chosen Karthus, but hadn't locked in or said they wanted mid. I chose my champion and waited a few seconds before saying "I'd like mid." I assumed he didn't mind since he said nothing in reply, so i locked in. He then waited till the timer went off and kept as Karthus. First he did when the game loaded was say "Sorry guys, i'm sitting this one out. I'm Karthus, so I'll just…
