Hello!
On Morgana I personally like for the movement speed while ulting, so you can be sure to follow your enemies and keep them in it.
While I was reading your Runes chapter I saw this little "[" missing on the part: h3]Manaflow Band[/h3] and in the Items part, you forgot to change from "...item on Lulu." to Morgana.
I usually max as second skill (I find it useful to have it off CD asap and don´t want to kill minions with my W if my ADC is with me. Not judging, probably we just have different playstyles. ^^

I look forward to see this guide again and I hope you will update it because I liked it.
