Even with a ****ty laning phase 2/5/2 with not impressive cs, you can oneshot the ADC.
There is not much to say about Ezreal. As i said just a weak early and very powerfull late.
Just remember that your Q is not your main abilitie anymore. You need to use as many W,E combo as possible cause that's where you damages are.

Tips and Tricks
Major tips :
- W pass through minions so dont be afraid to use it at a way to remind your ennemy to stay away and if he don't just auto him so mark explode
- E will get your W explode on target so you dont even have to Q or auto him
