Support Twitch tips
Here are some tips for AP Twitch Support (the strongest version of Twitch imo).
Level 1
First, when you leave the base at level 1, do not buy potions
You want to run mid as stealth with an ally to proc 3x your support item and collect 60 golds. Then back, buy refillable potion and head up to your lane.
Level 3
You now have your 3 spells. It's a very good opportunity to gank if you're not under pressure botlane. (Don't leave your ADC with frozen lane against Naut Tristana for example).
Level 6 +
At this point, I recommend leaving botlane and gank top / mid consistently. Come back few time botlane for xp and presence, but that should not be your priority. Especially in lower elo, it is very easy for Twitch support to snowball around the map.
Try to avoid common pink bushes and prefer lane ganks.
