UPDATE: 13.6 - Nashor's Tooth Now Has 15% Ability Haste! MASSIVE buff for NT Ekko!!
Upvotes always Appreciated! It helps more than you think

Ekko, The Boy Who Shattered Time
Ekko is an extremely fast paced, quick clearing jungler that excels at ganking due to his in built mobility from Z-Drive Resonance . Ekko is best played in the jungle currently as he has such high roaming and duelling potential, this build combo's his high ability power with Attack Speed to proc his passive as often as possible.
Always rush Nashor's Tooth on Ekko for a high damage early powerspike! this will heavily increase the success rate of your ganks and leads to an easy victory!

Why Ekko? (Pros/Cons)

Ekko is currently my favourite pick for the following reasons, cons will also be listed:

Pros:
-Healthy Clear
-High roaming capability
-High Burst AP damage
-HEAVY scaling potential
-Easy to pick up
-High Survivability

Cons:
-Squishy Champ
-Weak before first item
-Can't solo carry unless hyperfed
-Prone to Burst Damage early
-Difficult to master
-CC = Death

This build focuses solely on rushing for Nashor's tooth, and then stacking magic penetration. This is because of the heavy tank meta that is currently plaguing league, junglers like amumu and sejuani are nearly always on top. Using Hextech Rocketbelt with Void Staff and Sorcerer's Shoes allows for Ekko to burst down even the tankier champs by combining his Passive damage with combos to kite enemy stuns.
Items
Pros
You smell nice.
I like Nashor's Tooth on Ekko and you should too.

Cons
You smell bad.

Spoiler: Click to view

Ekko's passive works on a 3 hit system, Nashor's Tooth gives you 50% ATK SPD along with 100 AP, allowing you to proc your passive 1.5x as fast, whilst also giving both your passive's damage a HUGE buff, along with every auto attack having extra magic damage applied on hit

After testing throughout multiple games, I've found Nashor's Tooth to be 100x more consistent in securing me early kills and objectives than Lich Bane, in fact, it does the job so well that I often skip lich bane entirely and opt for further magic Penetration through Void Staff or Shadowflame, giving you more burst potential.

Please watch the attached video for a visual demonstration!

Other Item Explanations
Here are the descriptions and rundown of Ekko's Other Bread & Butter items.

More like a Nukebelt
This item offers Ekko increased Magic Penetration, Ability Power, Ability Haste and Health. This is already a huge bonus for Ekko's general build style, but the cherry on top is the active ability Hextech Rocketbelt has, it synergises perfectly with Ekko, read more about this in the Tips & Tricks Chapter

The Boy who got stuck within time itself.
This item synergises heavily with Ekko's W and R as it allows him to survive teamfights like it's nobodys business. With a shield, Stasis and "revive" in your kit, Ekko becomes a champion with huge outplay potential. this item is especially good vs teams with heavy AD scaling, as it gives you a nice chunk of armour.

Bonking Rod
This is Ekko's big bonking rod, Need I say more? The percentage magic penetration from Void Staff's passive gives Ekko a HUGE spike in damage, especially against tankier teams, as on top of the magic penetration given from Sorcerer's Shoes and Hextech Rocketbelt , Void Staff gives you a further 40% flat Magic Pen, meaning you ignore an extra 40% of the enemies Magical Resistance stat

Red Side Clear

The attached image shows how you should clear your jungle if starting from the Bottom side spawn. This is not set in stone however, you should always clear how you feel most comfortable, this is simply how I clear and it works well for me.
I often Gank mid after finishing my raptors as there's often a window where the enemy mid laner may either be pushed in toward your tower OR they have been denied CS and end up being lvl 2 just as you hit lvl 3 off Raptors, giving you and your mid laner an advantage in your early gank. This is CRUCIAL if you know that the enemy mid laner has used their Flash, as you can set up a quick and easy first blood to get you rolling toward that Nashor's Tooth Powerspike.

Blue Side Clear

This is the alternative jungling route if you spawn on the top side of the map.

You should follow this route for top side as the blue side clear is not ideal for Ekko, within lower elos you can't always trust a top laner to give a reliable leash, meaning that you should save your time by starting blue. When passing from red buff to krugs, you should E over the small wall in the krug's enclosure, saving you a few seconds which can be crucial for contesting scuttle crab after your first full clear.

First Clear tips

- If the enemy mid laner is pushed in toward your tower, always gank mid after clearing the first half of your jungle, this is the best possible start to snowballing your game
- Jump small walls with E throughout your jungle camps to shave a few seconds off your clear time
-If you start blue, gank top or mid after you clear top side scuttle.
- If you start red side, save smite for the scuttle crab and then gank top lane. This could result in you getting 2 early kills through both mid and top
- Cast W at 1:27 to sync it with your first camp spawning, saving time.

1 - Animation Cancelling
Dash with E - Phase Dive and then instantly cast Q - Timewinder to cancel your Q animation, making it harder to read and giving more visual clarity for you as there will be less junk cluttering your screen. This trick also works for cancelling the animation of W - Parallel Convergence

2 - Denying Flash with Phase Dive
If you Cast E - Phase Dive and attack and enemy just as they flash, ekko will blink directly to the champion, so try to predict enemy flashes to make enemy flashes practically useless. This is a major strong point for Ekko as nearly all champions play with Flash, meaning he can deny 5 enemy Summoner spells in a row if you're in a perfect, ideal situation.

3 - Get back to Lane/Camps from base in 1 sec
Ekko can recall , buy an item quickly (within 4 seconds of the recall) and cast his R - Chronobreak to instantly transport back to where he was before recalling, making him the only champion to have a free teleport back to his previous location, anywhere on the map, from his own base. this takes some getting used to and you have to be quick! but it's a great trick to keep up your sleeve as Ekko's ultimate can have a cooldown as low as 40 seconds, meaning you'll have a quick travel button with a 40s cooldown. So busted!

4 - Faster auto attacks after casting Chronobreak
Ekko will automatically attack the nearest enemy after casting R - Chronobreak, but if you manually auto attack the target, you will attack them faster than if you'd waited for ekko to do it automatically.

5 - Checking Bushes with Parallel Convergence
Your W Parallel Convergence gives vision in Fog of War and Bushes, use this to check bushes that you suspect may have someone hiding inside. the only exception to this rule is Teemo

6 - Zhonya's + Parallel Convergence combo
If you use Stopwatch or Zhonya's Hourglass inside of your W before the cast animation ends, Parallel Convergence will still activate, stunning enemies within it's area and giving Ekko a shield.

7 - First Buff sync
Cast your W - Parallel Convergence on your first buff at precisely 1:27 , this will make the W animation time perfectly for the buff to spawn, allowing you to assure that you waste no time before starting your first clear.

8 - Hextech Rocketbelt Auto Attack reset synergy
Hextech Rocketbelt's active ability can be used as an auto attack reset, allowing you to proc your passive much faster, this is great for quick burst damage, quickly disengaging whilst your cooldowns refresh with the movespeed buff from Z-Drive Resonance

9 - Hide the sound + animation of Parallel Convergence
Casting your W - Parallel Convergence within the Fog of War will hide the ability's cast animation AND the sound made when your clone swings his bat, given that the enemy has no vision! always use Control Wards or Sweeping Lens to check bushes before you commit to a gank.

10 - Combo to get free kills when being chased
If you're being heavily chased, you can cast your W - Parallel Convergence closer toward yourself than you usually would, allowing you to run through it before it activates, then you can use your R - Chronobreak whilst your clone is positioned on the enemies, as you pass through the W in stasis, it will activate, stunning any enemies inside AND giving you the shield from the Ability

11 - Securing kills, even after death
Keep in mind that if you cast your Q - Timewinder and die, your Q will always recall to you, even your corpse! use this to secure kills even after dying if you can't escape.

12 - PRACTICE
A lot of these tips involve combos that require specific timing and quick reactions or good awareness, don't become unmotivated if you miss it once or twice! The best thing you can do is go into the Practice Tool and practice your combos until it becomes muscle memory, making it like second nature for a seasoned Ekko Master such as yourself!
