When To Pick + D ring vs D helm
Your team lacks set up, it's an extremely good matchup for malphite, or you just want to play malphite.
D ring is generally better for getting priority levels 1-5, D helm makes your level 6 first base spike insane because it enables jack of all trades off d seal + boots. If you're not sure which to take, base it on when you think your team will want to fight. I've written when to take which runes and which items in the counters section.
