I'm still figuring out the most difficult matchups.
As it is an unexpected build i've found very little counters to it.

Imagine a HP tank with high mobility running into you and suddenly... BOOM it gets more hp and sends you into the air.
Lulu's R when you are tanking hits in the middle of them is just too strong.
