It is very difficult to 1 v 1 a Kha, so meeting him in the jungle would pretty much mean you're dead unless you are much more fed than he is.

Introduction
*IMPORTANT* Most of these builds, masteries, rune pages, jungling style, and pretty much everything here has been carefully researched and tested personally by actually playing and carrying, and also watching a lot of challenger games and reading up on builds by other professional players. The professional player that I have taken into consideration most when researching is SKT T1 Peanut, I have also watched a lot of IMAY Flawless (considered the best Lee Sin player in Korean Server). These two have very different Lee Sin builds, and after trying, I have found Peanut's Lee Sin to be more effective in Low Elo.
Please Enjoy this guide and hopefully it will be useful to you!
After careful research, I have found that
1. Attack speed is very important for early jungling
2. In the current meta, the game has been set up so that going around jungle camps is not enough to get you ahead, so the plan is to go through the camps faster, and then gank. In order to do this, having that extra attack speed will aid in clearing camps.
3. Extra attack speed helps ensure you can auto more times when you are trying to kill the champions. This is actually very important since with slow attack speed it is easier to cancel your auto.
4. Masteries are also preference, so if you have a different preference, you can change, but do keep thunderlords because without it, Lee Sin can be useless.

+ A lot of utility
+ A lot of damage
+ High Mobility
+ Good Initiation
+ Good Peel
+ So good even the Pros play it in games
- Can be useless very late game
- High skill cap
- Impossible to play in high ping
- Very skill shot based
- Once the game has been turned in the opponent team's favor, it is hard to turn it around

What to build is usually why people come on this page, but this is important
IMPORTANT PLEASE READ
If you are getting destroyed in the game: BUILD TANK
If at any point in the early game you are not too sure about your team and your ability to carry: BUILD TANK
If you are winning and you did well in the beginning: BUILD DAMAGE
Please read the notes in the item build section
What boots to get
This is very important because as junglers, movement speed is crucial as you need to walk around the map pretty fast. Lee Sin however already has high movement speed and personally I think that buying Mobility Boots and then selling it later on is a waste of money.
Recently, SKT T1 Bang has stated that Ninja Tabi is one of the best items in the game and I do believe so. Since all ADC's do auto attack damage, it is the best choice to rush Ninja Tabi when you have the chance.
Other Thoughts
This is a guide, but guides are all ideal. Since the flow of the game can change at any time during the game, please read how the game is going, before making blind decisions of following the build. Use your common sense to determine what item to build next instead of just going full AD or full tank and then becoming the ANTI CARRY of your team.

As all of you may know, Lee Sin is one of the most versatile champion in the game and a lot of people want to play him due to the cool mechanics that can be done of Lee Sin. All of these fancy moves that the Challenger players do not only look cool, but they are actually there so that you are able to out play your opponents.
* THEY ARE NOT SIMPLY FOR STYLE POINTS *
Mastering these mechanics and plays are not actually that hard. Low ping is preferred, however, SoFM, a Vietnamese player who is Challenger on the Korean server can do all these plays on very high ping and slow internet, so there is no excuse for you to be unable to do these!
Here are some videos to some simple mechanics that I believe are essential. These are some videos I hate found that explain some of the mechanics very well.

One comment I would like to make is that it is better to kick first, and then Q if you just try to Q, a person like Faker would easily dodge your Q but if you kick them first, you know exactly where they are before you can Q them. Also, beware since sometimes, if you use kick towards a terrain, they do not always go straight, but can curve in some directions. So instead of instinctively using Q immediately after kicking, try to see where the enemy is flying first.

No matter which side you are on, Challengers start at razorbeaks, but since we are not Challenger, this is what is going to standard unless you suspect they are in your jungle or they will come and counter jungle you.
If you are Blue Team,
First you take Red, Wolves, Blue, and then Scuttle Crab. Once you have done that, you can try to gank Top or Mid depending on your judgement of what is gankable.
If are on the Red Team,
First you take Blue, Wolves, Red, and then use the plant to jump over the wall, and then Scuttle Crab. The reason you need to use the scuttle crab is to get to the Scuttle Crab faster that the enemy jungler.
Usually, because of the attack speed runes, Lee Sin will be able to out jungle all junglers as long as they take the same or similar path. Also, no matter what team you are on, save your smite for the Blue buff for Blue team, Red buff for Red team. This is so that you will ensure that if you are counter ganked, you can secure your buff, and also because you will not necessarily need it until then if you auto properly. If you don't, then maybe you should rethink your auto attack skills.
If you are against someone like Shaco, Evelynn, or any other champion that you feel will threaten your buff, you can skip wolves and go straight to your other buff. Make sure when you are taking the buff, pull the buff into the bush so that you won't be surprise attacked by the enemy jungler. All these are just measures you take for caution. After that you can do what you want but try to farm or gank until you have at least 1200 gold before you back for the first time.

Mid and Late Game are hard to describe since every game will play out differently, but be sure to always be farming and ganking every lane. If Lee Sin does not gank and help out lanes early on, there is a high chance he will be useless late.
For late game, if you are getting engaged on all the time, you must peel for the AD Carry, so try to save your kick for when the assassin or tanker comes in. If you have to engage, try to engage by flanking from the side and attacking the enemy Mid Laner, or their AD Carry.
Always try to do your part in the vision game by placing a Pink Ward in places in the jungle. Some suggested places are:
Of course this also depends on where the fights are centered and the places where your team has already warded.
Try to always end the game as fast as you can, and make plays. Remember, ALWAYS ALWAYS, push towers and get objectives first. Don't try to always kill the enemy or chase them halfway around the map. It is NEVER EVER worth it.
This is the end of this guide.
Thank you for reading, and happy playing!
