Cons - Short range - No CC - A bit hard to master

Best runes you can go for as of current patch is for sure Phase Rush.

Phase rush gives you alot of movementspeed helping you to burst and kite, making you reposition in fight, and also helps early on with your ganks, so you can keep up with enemies and kite/chase them down a bit.

There is some different pathings you can do, depending on what your wincondtion is, and how you wanna achieve it. Normally you want to gank when you are lvl 3 and you have your red buff up, as you are at your strongest point. Start on blue - wolves - raptors - red if you want to gank the side where you are ending on, else start on red - golems - raptors - blue and gank the other side.

Can also go for cheesy lvl 3 ganks, where you start red - rapors - golems and gank the lane closest to you, as people normally dont respect to get ganked that early

Looking for a gank can be quite tricky as Graves, since you dont have any CC.
Whenever you want to gank a lane you have to take in mind a few things: Do your lane have any CC, is enemy pushing or being pushed in, if he's pushing you should try to make a creative way of getting to him.
Taking those things in mind, you should also take in mind where the enemy jungler is, as a jungler your main priority should be tracking the enemy jungler at all times if possible.
If you know where enemy jungler is, you can also put up a counter gang which in most cases will win you the 2v2s/3v3s
