There is not a lot to say about jinx, but I am going to explain some basic mechanics and game plans. Don't be afraid to spam W, but watch your mana. You typically dont want to get under 200. Don't dare engage if you're under 100 mana. If you ARE under 100 mana but your jungler hard engages go with him but stay back, try to steal or slow with W or try to help him with E.
Jinx is so easy to play you could do this all game. If you just walk around a little bit, farm, poke, root and across-the-map-R you are unbeatable.
