Champion Build Guide
With Kayn the only reliable Primary Rune is Domination as it really helps Kayn with his clear and ganks.
Your Keystone will always be Dark Harvest. It provides you with huge amounts of damage for ganks.
Your next rune is always Sudden Impact as it will help you deal more damage in ganks and secure kills.
The next rune you will run is Eyeball Collection, the extra Damage always helps Kayn, but if you are in higher elo where wards are placed more frequently you can take Zombie Ward.
After that you get Ravenous Hunter as it really helps you stay in jungle longer and gank enemies.
Your next rune is always Triumph as it will help you stay in fights and save you in some clutch moments.
Then you will get Legend: Tenacity, This really helps you against more CC orientated teams.
You get Absolute Focus as it does help when you go for ganks and provides you with much more AD for clearing your jungle.
You will get Waterwalking next as it gives you 25 movement speed when you are going through the river and that can be the difference between being at a gank or not, it also gives you up to 18 attack damage which will help if you get in a sticky situation against the opposing jungler.
You don't need to max Reaping Slash Q as at 3 levels it already does enough damage and has a low enough cooldown for you to begin maxing Blade's Reach W as it will help do abundant damage once you get your form and get your Blade's Reach W maxed at level 10. You get your Shadow Step E level 2 for the sustain, as when you walk into walls with Shadow Step E you get health back and it also helps with mobility.
+ Has great early game clear with his Reaping Slash Q and Blade's Reach W.
+ Has great carry potential.
+ One of the most mobile junglers.
+ If your team really needs a tank, just get Red Kayn and build tanky items, if your team needs an AD carry just get Blue Kayn and build AD heavy items.
Cons
- Very Feast or Famine, if you mess up you can lose the game.
- Hard to just pick up and be good at him, he has a very high skillfloor.
- Very Item dependent.
