Nasus
You are more than likely 100% going to lose the game after dying once as Nasus becomes too tanky and have ridiculous damage thanks to Riot's Q buff. *Recommed Perma-banning in Platinum+ if you plan on taking Katarina top*

Champion Build Guide
off-meta guide for you featuring our favorite red headed assassin Katarina.
I'll be spilling the secrets behind what makes dark harvest Katarina in the top lane a viable option to climb with this season and before you ask if I am credible or trust worthy, I am currently ranked as the 14th best Katarina in North America with a 73% winrate in Diamond. Not only this, but I have reached diamond in season 7 with deathfire touch, season 8 with Tank Katarina and Comet Katarina, and now season 9 playing her in the top lane with nearly 2 million mastery points across multiple accounts.
overwhelming pressure that is on Katarina's shoulders.
Simply speaking, when you take Dark Harvest and don't win your lane you'll more than
likely lose the game if you're playing mid like most traditional players.
But, what if I told you that Dark Harvest can potentially stay relevant through the
entirety of the game even if you lose top lane? You're probably saying to yourself,
"Well if that's possible why doesn't it work better in the mid lane? You have more
opportunities to roam, proc it and possibly even pick up kills." and those are great
examples of why everyone assumes that it's more of a mid lane keystone for her but
in reality, you can play her just as effectively WITH less effort in the top lane
and let me explain why.
Top Lane is often regarded as an island. Junglers are more focused on getting mid
and bot fed instead of dealing with whatever tanks or bruisers that are picked,
but what happens when you bring Katarina into this lane with Dark Harvest? Simply
said, you will have free control of your lane in 75% of most match ups.
without the need of taking TP.
The only roams you should be looking to take are:
- The Junglers fighting in the top jungle
- The Enemy midlane being low enough for a free kill
- Your enemy laner is MIA
- Roaming Bot after you base and buy
Roaming botlane will require you to learn gamesense and you must also be able to
predict certain situations UNLESS you decide to take teleport as making an
unsuccessful play could make your lane more difficult but, making a successful play
will reward you with a way to come back from a lane you are possibly losing or give
your bot an extra push to win their own lane even if you don't kill the enemies.
Don't be afraid of taking a jungle camp on the way back to your lane unless
your jungler specifies otherwise as you will partially gain back whatever cs and
exp that you lost during your roam.
- Easier match ups (melee vs. melee)
- Dark Harvest being enough to keep you strong
- Mobility to escape tanks or immobile champions you will be facing
- Able to see ganks better than mid
Biggest Cons:
- Some matchups are nearly impossible to win without help
- Unsuccessful roams could set you behind
- If you don't proc dark harvest enough you will be weaker late game
- Teammates being more willing to give up because of your pick
