Introduction
Really just standard skill sequences you'll find on any Eve build. These are optimized for damage output.
Her passive: Eve's passive is tricky. When you haven't taken damage or given damage for six seconds, you become stealthed, meaning you're invisible from all vision except for vision from pink wards, turrets, and nearby enemy champions. While in stealth, you gain 2% of your maximum mana back per second, making blue buff not a necessary thing to have. Every five levels, your passive shortens its cooldown by 1 second, making the least amount of time you have to wait between stealth 3 seconds.

Why exhaust? Why not flash? Well it may be due to the fact that I usually play junglers that don't use flash (ex. Hecarim and Rammus), but I've found that exhaust works wonders on Evelynn. Just pop it on their ADC in a teamfight and boom, he can't do anything to the rest of your team, and you can just decimate him. It's also fantastic early game, as you can pop it on a laner, and suddenly they can't really move at all, ensuring an easy kill for either you or your laner.
I wouldn't really recommend playing Eve in ranked until you have the hang of her, as her kit can be a little tricky, but it's nothing to be concerned about, she's generally easy to play. Players in bronze, silver, and gold alike won't know what to do about an Evelynn, except for buying pink wards, which is 100 gold a pop. By the time laning phase is over, the enemy team will have spent about 2000 gold on pink wards, if you've been ganking enough.
Pros:
-
Great early game
Still relevant in late game, especially if you can catch anybody off guard and alone
Easy to pick up and fun to play
Can two-shot people with her E Q combo
Easily overpowers tanks
-
Squishy
Kiting is an essential part of killing most tanks
Easily countered by a simple ward buy
Clearing camps early is difficult and may drop you down to extremely low HP
On blue side, start at krugs and move on to red buff, then blue buff. Then back and get chilling smite and start ganking. After that, farm at your own discretion.
On red side, start at gromp and immediately take blue buff. After that, kill the wolves, and get red buff. By the time you kill wolves, your smite should be up again, so you can smite red buff for extra health back. After killing red, you should back and get chilling smite.
Don't forget to gank a lot. Especially if a lane is pushed up to your tower. That's basically a guaranteed kill.

Evelynn works with her team to eliminate all carries from the back line of teamfights. Her passive makes it easy to work around the enemy team before fights, and during a fight, many carries will be tunnel visioned on what's going on in the fight, that they won't notice an Evelynn decimating the whole team. Her ult also makes for easy escapes after killing a carry, since you gain a shield for every enemy it hits, and it also slows every enemy it hits.
Never, ever, ever engage a teamfight where you're directly with your team. You'll die pretty much instantly. Play it safe.

Hope you guys enjoyed this Evelynn guide, and if you play her right, this can pretty much carry you through ELO heaven. Just be sure to duo queue with a friend so you have some great synergy going on while ganking and in teamfights.
