I have been playing Ahri for a while, well ever since she came out. Over time my play style has changed and so has her's. Ahri's versitility and increadable damage output in team fights makes her a very strong champion. Rather then Morgana and Galio she doesn't need to be in the middle to do the most damage. I feel that there is only one way out of where I am in elo and that one way was Ahri. The absence of MR is due to how I play. Its very unusual for me to need it unless the enemy mid goes bot lane or top and gets 2 kills or so. Other wise the mid will get shut down early and have to deal with getting a pick to get gold.

If the target is a more mobile think about taking a Fox-fire second fox fire at level 4 rather then Orb this gives a more damage on hit then missing Orb for a moving target like Leblanc and Kassadin.
