If he gets ahead your pretty much done for. He can easily run you down and cc you. Try to end the game as fast as possible before he becomes impossible to kill.
Champion Build Guide
This is a must need item for Neeko Jungle. This gives her 100 AP (which is a ton!), and 50% attack speed. The AP is useful for doing more damage with her abilities and the attack speed lets her do more damage by procing her enhanced 3rd auto attack with her W passive. The on-hit damage from Nashor's Tooth makes Neeko clear a whole ton faster while giving her more auto damage. If you go full AP on Neeko, she will struggle greatly clearing camps efficiently if she doesn't have a huge lead.
Kraken Slayer
Kraken Slayer allows Neeko to do even more damage on her third auto attack plus gives her insane clear speeds with Nashor's Tooth. The mythic passive gives her even more attack speed which will be useful as the game progresses. She will also be able to take down tank/brawler champions like Olaf or Red Kayn with Kraken Slayer.
Lich Bane
Lich Bane will give more on-hit damage and AP for your abilities. This helps you clear faster and burst enemies faster which makes it the best 3rd item for on-hit AP Neeko. If you built Kraken Slayer, you can get up to 300 on-hit damage from Lich Bane which is pretty crazy. You also get some MS from Lich Bane which helps connecting auto attacks and abilities easier.
Abyssal Mask
This is useful for surviving AP burst but it's true purpose is for the Passive. When you stun someone with your E, all the damage done to them will be increased by 15% for 5 seconds which is really useful in team fights or duels. If you get a team ultimate with this, you'll be increasing your whole team's DPS a whole lot for 5 seconds!
Zhonya's Hourglass
Zhonya's gives you some AP and defense. The passive for Zhonya's can help you pull off crazy team ultimates or just surviving assassins like Zed. W yourself in the crown then use your Ultimate and Zhonya's to take no damage while simultaneously damaging and stunning the enemy team.
Rabadon's Deathcap
Rabadon's Deathcap gives you a huge amount of AP and is useful for burst. This isn't a good item to rush 4th and should be built 5th or 6th item. This gives you more on-hit damage with your Nashor's Tooth and boosts your abilities damage output.
Morellonomicon
This is useful for the extra AP damage and most importantly, anti-heal for heavy healers like Yasuo or Gwen. With your extremely slipperiness, you'll be even more annoying with anti-heal against heavy healing champions. This just makes your life easier for you and your teammates when fighting these heavy healing team comps.
Mejai's Soulstealer
If you built a Dark Seal and are extremely successful, Mejai's can give you up to 125 AP and some MS if your above 10 stacks. This allows you to snowball hard and make you a huge threat to the enemy team. You'll also increase your ability damage output and Nashor's Tooth DPS.
Cosmic Drive
Cosmic Drive is really useful for its extra MS. With this extra MS, you can chase your opponent's down easier and hit them with your auto attacks and/or your abilites.
Guinsoo's Rageblade
Since you're most likely not going to do anything with the 20% Critical Chance you get from Kraken, you might as well turn it into more on-hit damage. With Rageblade, you'll do more damage with your auto attacks and pull off more auto attacks the longer the fight goes on.
Clearing your camps will be a bit of a struggle until you get Nashor's Tooth. Your main objective is to get that gold ASAP so you're looking to gank instead of farm early game. Start your jungle side with your bot side, (if your top side for the game, start off blue side, and if you're bot side for the game, start off red side).
Red Side w/ Bot Side
1st. Red Brambleback
If you have 2 ranged helping you, start off E so you can kite the buff with your adc and support. If there isn't 2 ranged and instead there’s something like 1 ranged adc and 1 melee support start off Q. Starting Q will allow you to tank the buff and heal so you can clear healthy. TRY NOT TO USE SMITE
1.5. Raptor
You aren’t actually clearing this camp. As your walking, auto one and line them up to hit them all with your E Tangle-Barbs and Q Blooming Burst then walk away towards the next camp. This might take a bit of practice but not a lot (maybe 10 minutes maximum). This will heal you and make your clear a bit healthier. You can clear this camp if you want to, but I recommend doing the 3 camp clear because it’s risky.
2nd. Blue Sentinel
Start autoing the buff towards the thin wall towards you. Once it’s close enough to auto you, throw your E Tangle-Barbs + Q Blooming Burst then kite upwards. After kiting upwards, kite towards the Gromp and position right to kill the Blue Buff with your E Tangle-Barbs and hit the Gromp with it too.
3rd. Gromp
There isn’t really any tips about clearing the Gromp so just kite it as far out as possible towards the river then kill it as fast as possible. Once it’s low enough, smite it. You should at least be above 80% HP and if you did a good job kiting the buffs, you should be at 90% HP, maybe even full. The heal you get from smite and Gromp is a large amount. After this, you should immediately look for a gank top or mid. If none is available, simply back and get a Tome for AP.
Blue Side w/ Bot Side
(This is pretty much Red Side Clear backwards)
1. Blue Sentinel
If you have 2 ranged helping you, start off E so you can kite the buff with your adc and support. If there isn't 2 ranged and instead there’s something like 1 ranged adc and 1 melee support start off Q. Starting Q will allow you to tank the buff and heal so you can clear healthy. If you started E Tangle-Barbs position correctly to kill the Blue Buff and hit the Gromp for faster clear time. If you started Q, try not to kill the Blue buff with it because it has a long cooldown.
2. Gromp
Kite the Gromp as far as possible then kill it as fast as possible. Smite the Gromp when it’s low enough and run towards your Red Buff.
2.5 Raptor
You aren’t actually clearing this camp. As your walking, auto one and line them up to hit them all with your E Tangle-Barbs and Q Blooming Burst then walk away towards the next camp. This might take a bit of practice but not a lot (maybe 10 minutes maximum). This will heal you and make your clear a bit healthier. You can clear this camp if you want to, but I recommend doing the 3 camp clear because it’s risky.
3. Red Brambleback
Kite the Red Buff with auto attacks only upwards and when it gets close enough to auto you, throw your E Tangle-Barbs + Q Blooming Burst to lock it in place and heal a bit. Kite it downwards, wait for your abilities, use your E + Q again then kite it up again. After the 3rd rotation of abilities, the Red Buff should be dead after a couple more autos. Immediately look for a gank Top or Mid. If none are available, recall and buy a Tome for AP.
