Threats & Synergies
She is a very hard counter to [[vayne]] because she has a much longer attack range. This allows her to poke down [[vayne]] very easily.
She is a very strong threat early and can be late too if she has a team with lots of cc. Her q [[double up]] is a very strong poke and will easily take away a third of [[vayne]]'s hp on one hit.
He has a massive amount of damage early game and will poke you with it hard, but lvl6 and up things will be going your way.
If she has a support with early burst damage she will make your game a living hell, repeatedly all inning you and bursting you.
Besides his q harass, varus does not have much going for him, he goes the same build as you with worse 1v1'ing potential, just dodge q's and you will be fine.
He is not much of a threat really, not even late, the second you get close to him you can kill him.
I do not really see jinx as much of a threat in the early game, she can poke you with her rockets, but it is not viable because she will run out of mana. Late it all depends on whether you condemn her or not.
She has a stronger early game and can easily burst you late, if you manage to condemn her late you can kill her otherwise its over for you.
He has a very strong early game and much weaker late, but you can easily disengage with your condemn if it is needed.
He has a fairly strong early game vs you, but late you absolutely destroy him, so just survive lane phase.
You will probably be able to 1v1 her in late and early even, just do not take too much free harass or get a lead, otherwise she snowballs out of control.
Vayne has a great synergy with braum, since he only has to hit one q and her passive works in 3's it works very wel together for braum's passive.
Nami has a few ways of peeling for vayne with her q and R. Her e synergises very well with vayne's passive. And also allows her to easilt move around with her passive giving movement speed.
Yuumi is a very strong support if you have a lead, she gives you health and movespeed which synergises with your passive when you chase people down, and then also slows them. Her ult roots them too. So they have no way to escape.
Champion Build Guide
Heal - Heal is an awesome summoner spell for adc's for the main reason of you being 2 people in the bot lane, so 2 people will benefit from this summoner, it does not only save your own life in a tough situation, but has the ability to save your support's or someone else's life.
Teleport - You see this more in the pro scene, the main reason for this is you are able to maintain or gain a cs lead with this summoner spell, and also split push and tp when you are needed for a fight.
Passive - Night Hunter: Vayne gains 30 bonus movement speed when moving towards a nearby visible enemy champion. This is a great ability for chasing down enemies. When Vayne's ultimate Final Hour is active this bonus is tripled giving Vayne 90 bonus movement speed.
Q - Tumble: Vayne Tumbles forward, she can not tumble through or over terrain, and her next basic attack within 7 seconds deals Attack damage bonus physical damage.Tumble also resets Vayne's basic attack timer. During Final Hour Tumble's cooldown gets reduced and turns Vayne invisible for 1 second on cast.
W - Silver Bolts - Vayne's basic attacks and Condemn apply stacks for up to 3.5 seconds. Attacking a new enemy removes all stacks on your current target. Every third stack consumes all the stacks and does bonus true damage, 14% at level 5. Minimum of 110 at level 5 and maximum of 200 vs monsters.
E - Condemn - Vayne fires a bolt dealing physical damage and knocking them back 475 units, this also applies a Silver Bolts stack.If they are knocked into a wall, they take bonus physical damage and also gets stunned for 1.5 seconds.
R - Final Hour - Vayne gains bonus attack damage, has the ability to go invisible with Tumble and also triples her passive Night Hunter. The duration extends by 4 seconds each time someone dies vayne damaged in the last 3 seconds. With a maximum duration of 24 seconds at level 16.
Doran's Shield - This is the starting item you build into when you know you are going get poked hard, vs something like a Caitlyn or Yuumi
Doran's Blade - This is the item you will usually start with, it provides sustain, damage for early skirishes and extra hp, once again for early survival.
BORK or Blade of the Ruined King - This item works very well with her due to multiple reasons. It gives attack speed, and due to the reasons mentioned earlier this works well with Vayne. The second benefit of this item is it's life steal, which gives her sustain in lane, since she is not exactly known for her strong early game like Draven. Then also some attack damage, and since you have not maxed out your w early, you need this for damage in early skirmishes.
Guinsoo's Rageblade - This item increases your attack speed the more you attack and also applies extra on hit effects, so again, building on your w Silver Bolts.
From this point on forward, it is up to you and also depends on what the enemy comp consists of.Some options:
Wit's End - This item gives both attack speed and magic resist, and also does extra magic damage. This works well vs poke ap comps with champs like Twisted Fate. The attack speed, again goes well with your w Silver Bolts and then the extra magic damage you do will help if you have a full ad team comp.
Phantom Dancer - This item gives you a shield when you go below a certain amount of hp, and also gives attack speed. Another perk is that it gives movement speed that allows you to kite easier.
Infinity Edge - This item gives you extra critical damage as well as extra ad, this works better as a late game item and if you have a few crit items.
Guardian Angel - This is just a good safe item to build into when you are going vs an ad stacked team or someone like a Caitlyn.
Press the Attack - This rune synergises well with vayne's w passive, where she also has to get 3 auto's.
Triumph - This rune is great for any adc, since it allows them to stay in a fight longer if there are kills, it also helps slightly with gold, giving 20 gold per kill.
Legend: Alacrity - This rune synergises well with Vayne's w passive that allows her to get more auto's off in a shorter time so trigger the stack more often.
Coup de Grace - This rune helps when she is chasing down the enemy on low hp.
Taste of Blood - This rune will help vayne with her survivability during both lane and team fights.
Eyeball Collection - This is an excellent rune on vayne since it is good for scaling, something vayne does very well.
Level 1 - Do not fight here, you will usually lose the fight.
Level 2 - At this point Vayne can fight, but it is still not ideal.
Level 3 - Now Vayne has her full basic kit, you can engage or disengage with Condemn, which opens fighting possibilities up a bit.
Level 6 - This is when I would say Vayne comes online, with the ability to kite, chase, do extra damage and become invisible, Vayne's ultimate gives her a great opportunity to win most skirmishes.
Try to stay back and let someone else engage, unless you see a great opportunity to get a good condemn off without dying. If they have an assassin or something try to stay in the middle of the group. And most importantly this is relevant to late game too, DO NOT GET CAUGHT!
Try to clear a sidelane every time you back, so that your cs does not drop compared to their adc. It is essential to not lose or maintain your lead, or even worse, stay behind, luckily vayne is always usefull thanks to her w.
Try to be there for all the objectives that you can, objectives can either create a fight that you can win or give your team a small benefit such as extra damage or movement speed, so why not help your team and give them away.
Same as mid game, but try not to do anything risky, rather use condemn for disengage, than risk getting caught at this stage, no champ in their team is worth your life.
Take these as a group, do not stray from the group, getting caught will be the end, I can not stress this enough. A bad idea together is better than a good idea alone.
