Early Game
PLAYSTYLE SECTION/WHATNOT IS DEFINITELY IN PROGRESS AND NOT FINISHED YET LMFAO

Despite being a scaling mage, Hwei's early isn't particularly bad due to his high range and waveclear with (QE), mainly just looking to farm like most mages until you spike at 2 items with Horizon.
Abilities
(QQ) Mid ranged projectile, similar to Karma Q. Use for poke/damage, or if need to quickly nuke casters

(QW) Giga High ranged bolt, similar to Veigar W. Use for damage later on, insane scaling when enemy is isolated or CC'd

(QE) Perma Waveclear tool, similar to Velkoz W. Literally just nuke waves for free

(WQ) Stream line of movement speed enhance, just use flexibly when chasing/running to lane/etc however remember that W cooldown is quite high so dont throw out randomly

(WW) Circle on ground, shields allies. Pretty self explanatory usage.

(WE) Damage enhance, similar to Nami E. Also restores mana, so can just use if you dont think you'll need W soon. Really nice to just empower next autos/abilities for poke or all-in damage spike.

(EQ) Projectile that fears, similar to Elise E. Use to self peer/generalist CC however it is fairly slow at longer ranges

(EW) Toss rooting circle onto ground, similar to Veigar E(?) just use for zoning, first champ that walks in gets rooted

(EE) Claws from below drag into middle, good for catching or to setup for (QW) as CC

(R) nuclear ticking bomb that sticks on someone and AOE's around them, insane damage in teamfights

(Passive) When you hit someone with damaging ability, the next damaging ability procs a mark on them that summons a zone beneath them which deals damage after a short delay
