Why Nashors?

Nashor's passive allows her to do more damage with her Q-AA sequence, and combined with Lich Bane, and her passive, which both empower AA's, you can basically one shot people. At full build, and level 18, Nashor's passive should be granting you around 115 AP per AA, as well as 50 AP just from the item's stats, then with Lich Bane's passive you get around 415 AP added to your AA damage everytime you use an ability. This passive is now very easy to proc using your e if you have to since you get 30% CDR from Lich Bane and Nashor's combined. Then with Hextech Gunblade, that 40 AD adds to your AP empowered AA's in Akali's passive. So insane base AP, then insane empowered AA's. Meaning that your Q-AA sequence will do insane damage, and just AA'ing alone even without procing Lich Bane's passive, will still do quite a bit of AP damage. Including all of the AA damage as well as the +50% AS from Nashor's, Akali becomes quite the objective destroyer, especially if you proc Lich Bane's passive.
