Those are all the builds that I've tried out with Akali, and these items are what usually works for me. I've included everything, depending on the matchup and situation, but it's up to the player on how they perform. Your Passive is essential for damage and poke. Your Q is the same, but with a cost (obviously). Your W is very important in situations where you have to escape, confuse or dodge the enemy, and it also gives you energy, so use it wisely. Your E can be used to escape difficult situations, but also bait the enemy to waste their ability(-ies). Last, your R is mainly the beginning of a full combo against an enemy. R1 E+Q E AA Q R2. End of story. Remember that your R2 can be used to escape. All you need to do now is to spent infinite time at the practice tool, until you feel confident enough with your skills. That is all.
